I mean, with Slash, I remember crying about all kinds of things in my life, but I had never felt hot, burning tears … hot, burning tears of anger. Basically, to me, it was because I am watching this guy and I don’t understand it. Playing with everyone from Space Ghost to Michael Jackson. I don’t get it. I wanted the world to love and respect him. I just watched him throw it away. Good God, Axl really did live on another planet back then, didn't he? Slash threw it all away by collaborating with a legend like MJ on a great track like Give Into Me and continuing to put out a steady stream of quality music with Snakepit and VR??? Run that one by me again, Uncle Axl. The world loved and respected Slash for years, while Axl was widely considered to be the laughing stock of the rock world, carrying on as GNR despite being the sole original member and taking two decades to make one record and pissing away another decade since. Self awareness isn't one of Axl's strong points, is it?! Edited November 25, 2019 by Towelie

You summed it up with, ''self awareness isn't one of Axl's strong points''. I knew he had finally sold out when he did that Budweiser commercial about six years ago.

Maybe they thought they were keeping gnr relevant by doing it, but in reality nobody knew it was Axl until hardcore fans told them... at the point the response was "whut!!???" 😯 It's a sad, sad state of affairs that Duff has time to record so many other peoples records... and yet gnr don't even a timeline for one. Good for him though.

Plus he thinks he's somehow comparable to the great Randy Rhoads (may he rest in peace). He's a pretty good guitarist but he sure ain't no Randy. I got to be f--kin' Randy Rhoads in 2019. Andrew Watt is a cool guy, making hard rock appeal to an audience that normally could care less about who the likes of Ozzy Osbourne and Slash are. I’m fairly sure he’s just making that comparison since he is Ozzy’s guitarist on this record, just like Randy was on Blizzard of Ozz and Diary of a Madman. Watt knows that he isn’t Rhoads, he’s not that dumb! Edited December 3, 2019 by youngswedishvinyl 1

Ninjapie24
Does any one know who Ozzy is doing the make up dates with? At the show I’m going to, the tickets were originally for Ozzy/Megadeth. But I’ve also seen stuff that has Ozzy/Judas Priest and Ozzy/ Marilyn Manson. I’d prefer Megadeth but be fine with Judas Priest, but I despise Manson and wouldn’t want to see him. TeeJay410
Can’t lie Slash reeaaalllyyyy fucking phoned that solo in. I really hate that the only way to get good Slash guitar playing these days is to listen to 3 minutes of Myles Kennedy and the Dad Rocks before it gets to the solo rinse repeat for 12 tracks.

Max Kowalski
Just woke up. First thing I heard today. This song is right now a classic one. I love Slash’s guitar in it. Reminds me on an other classic: Ain’t No Nice Guy After All. We are lucky ticket holders for GNR and OZZY in 2020.
mikeman5150
I think this song could actually be a mainstream hit. As someone else had said, it's a by the numbers slash solo, but it fits pretty well.
betterman
One of the best Slash solos since use your illusions - days. Makes me long more for a (the) new GUNS album
Popular Post DieselDaisy
Osbourne is 71 and practically senile yet he is still releasing new material. Rose is truly the laziest man to have ever graced rock.
