Looking at the event it says it begins at 4:30pm so I suspect the sets will be generous in length Oh so are they changing who closes during this tour? Interesting. I wonder who'll close the Arlington show? 21 hours ago, marlingrl03 said: Yeah the Alamodome which was remodeled has a roof and AC and was perfectly temperature controlled inside when I saw Guns in 2017. Most perfect place for a concert. I was near the front so sound was great. It was just perfect. I saw them in SF at their outdoor baseball field and it was freezing with that strong SF bay wind. Alamodome any day! Yeah, the new Cowboy stadium has a dome now too. Thank God. I saw GNR and Metallica there a few years back and both were in the summer, so having that dome was good, but honestly with all those people I was still sweating. lol Better it's better than the Texas sun burning your skin. I want to see this concert, but I really hope the tickets aren't too high. I know all the bands will deliver an amazing concert, but having to pay over $200 for good seats and parking and eating and then if they have a shirt with all the bands on it, well you know what I mean! lol
dontdamnmeuyi2015
Yeah, when my mom and dad were younger they went to Shea stadium, in Queens NY, where the Mets play to see Jethro Tull and it was pretty cool. Also since the LaGuardia and Kennedy airports are right there, planes would go over the stadium constantly. My mom said at one point, Ian Anderson, the singer, threw his fist in the air and not in a good way. Even if they went to a baseball game in the summer it was always windy. I much prefer to be inside to see anything especially a concert.

F*ck Fear
This is a hard pass for me. Could not be bothered to see Crue again. Vince was struggling to sing when I saw them on the SOLA tour.

I really want to see Poison the most because they always rock and their concerts are always high energy and get the fans going. It was smart for the Crue and Def Leppard to have them open for them. Just wish Poison was doing their own tour. Well, Vince has a long time before this tour. Maybe the guys will get him to lose some weight and get a voice coach. It could happen. lol
F*ck Fear
Vince reminds me of Axl these days. Could have all the time in the world to prepare but they won't because they are who they are. Hope everyone who bought tickets has a great time, though!
Gordon Comstock
A few of my buddies are really excited for the Seattle show, but I just couldn't care less about this line-up. If this tour was coming to my city (or even Vancouver) I'd consider going just to see Joan Jett again, though. Mick and Tommy are still cool to watch/listen to but Vince embarrasses himself every time he's on stage now. I can't imagine he'll be much better than he was on their 'final' tour.
dontdamnmeuyi2015
I agree Mick and Tommy kick ass every time. I hope Def Leppard ends my show because it's over an hour from where I live and I would leave early. I might leave early if the Crue ends too. It's during the week and like I said the venue is over an hour away. I doubt either band will end with anything new so I'm good with watching all of Poison. dontdamnmeuyi2015
The new Ranger's stadium caught fire yesterday. The top of it is damaged. It's set to open in March of 2020. This show is July 14, so hopefully it will be all fixed. I need that dome to keep me cool. I don't like outdoor venues in Texas in the summer months. This is crazy. I also heard the new LA Rams stadium isn't done yet either. Is this tour cursed before it begins? I hope not. My tickets are on their way. The first concerts there will be T. Swift in July and I imagine there's a lot of people and money invested in those opening shows that it should run as smoothly as it should. Parking would be very expensive though. It's next to The Forum and the Forum already charges $30.00 for parking for their shows. ZoSoRose
The morning show here makes fun of Vince at least once a week and its hilarious
dontdamnmeuyi2015
I heard that the Crue hired a nutrition expert. I think they better start now. Vince and Tommy need to stop drinking and no booze back stage if they are serious about getting healthy. Time will tell. I would not compare Vince to Axl because Axl still rocks it! Vince mumbles and can't sing the fast earlier songs and then holds the mic out to the fans! I've done more singing than Vince has! 16 hours ago, Anguyen92 said: The Rams stadium should be ready by then. The first concerts there will be T. AT&T cowboy stadium charges over $100 for parking for both games and concerts and the prices of food and drinks is crazy. They know fans will pay it. Not to mention the merch now is way above $40 for a shirt now.
dontdamnmeuyi2015
Nikki said Vince is killing it with the trainer. I hope he's right because I do want Vince to sing better and be in better shape for this tour. I'd hate for him to drop dead after a few shows. It's bad enough that Mick has his problems. I want the Crue to make the biggest come back ever! This is a HUGE tour for all bands. A new band has been added. When my brother was in a band in Dallas, he played with this band. It would be cool if we got to hang with him, but I doubt it. This place is huge. Anyway, hoping for the best concert ever this summer! Then Kiss in October! Now all I need is GNR to come back to Dallas.
Powerage5
I caved and got tickets for the Buffalo show. I’ve got a friend coming up from Costa Rica that I haven’t seen in a few years that wanted to go, so I got roped into it. I’m more excited to see Joan Jett than any of the other three (And I’m not particularly excited to see Joan Jett)

dontdamnmeuyi2015
Well, I think Vince realizes he has to deliver this time around. I've seen the Crue many times and yeah, Vince doesn't sing much at all. I'm tired of doing all the singing. lol Let's hope for the best. All the bands have months to get in shape and do their best. This is a HUGE tour for 80's bands and since they still have a big following, they have to do good.

dontdamnmeuyi2015
Well, I guess the training thing isn't going so well for Vince. I figured he could never stop drinking. My concert is in 6 months, so Vince has time to get it together! lol

dontdamnmeuyi2015
Oh Vince! What a mess. I saw that Vince and Steven Adler are doing a show in a casino in OK. Don't think they're in the same band, but wish I could be a fly on the wall for this show. Shouldn't Vince be preparing for the Crue reunion? At this point, I'm seeing this show either way. Luckily, MicK and Tommy still rock it.
Stress Fracture
This is not a drill. Def Leppard has recorded a song that doesn’t sound like New Kids on the Block.

Gordon Comstock
I'm not sure what it's like in other markets, but when this tour was announced it was promoted like a Def Lep / Crue co-headline show. But the last few times I've heard it advertised it's mostly about Def Lep. Vince is beyond a joke now, and I kinda feel bad for Mick Mars. Joan Jett is the only person on this tour worth seeing.
