Electric Tears
well, i think buckethead is the fastest player around. but that doesnt make him the best<{POST_SNAPBACK}>What about Michael Angelo Batio (Nitro)??<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Steve Vai would eat him alive... He's fast, but nowhere as good as Vai. Most Technically Skilled: Steve Vai.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>NO ONE is as technically proficient as michael angelo batio, that's a fact.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yep<{POST_SNAPBACK}>What do you mean "Yep"? Do you even know what you are talking about? Get some of Steve Vai's DVD's and watch him live. Go ahead...<{POST_SNAPBACK}>really? can steve vai play one of these? here's some video of him using onehttp://www.compfused.com/directlink/603/<{POST_SNAPBACK}>in wich band does he play? highvoltage
Indeed. Also, if that isn't enough for you, get the G3'03 Live in Denver DVD. Vai uses his Triple Neck Guitar, and it is some of the best guitar playing I have ever seen. I would rip it and upload it, but it would be considered as posting warez... and well...Now, not that i'm trying to jump on either bandwagon here -- but Michael Angelo plays a quad guitar.... johnezz
All this Double, Triple, Quad and Five necked guitars are SO Spinal TapIt's like Nigel saying: See other bands, they only have one neck on their guitars, but where can you go from there? nowhere you stuck in second gear, see i have 3 necks on my guitar so i can push it that little bit more. Dripping Jaws Of Death
I vote Chuck Shuldiner from Death. He was pretty sick. Vai, Malmsteen, Angelo are all just show boaters. Not really guitarists that you'd see in bands as orignal as GN'R, Slayer, Death, Iron Maiden... Ect. They are technically proficient, but lack in creativity.
