For all we know it could be another tour and that's it. It could accommodate a re-release of Chinese Democracy with a few or no new tracks. Nothing has been implied about a new album... I don't advocate a "re-release" (in the fourteen track, corrected booklet sense); but there's a significant possibility a re-release may entail a bolstering in terms of tracks (I can absolutely see Axl using the concept of a re-release to advantage both "Chinese Democracy" and "the best of the rest"). No because a re-release would more than likely entail a DVD as well as six to eight bonus songs. The reality is it would be a smart move as any remaining "Chinese Democracy" potential could be exploited and Axl could close the "Chinese Democracy" chapter for good with "the best of the rest" (thus enabling work on a new album to begin). A new album in 2011 is most likely not going to happen. If we do get a re-release, it will probably come with at least one new song, which will tide me over for a while. But a new album?!? I really really doubt it will happen this soon. Just wait a little while longer brother. There are other things in life that are much more rewarding than Guns N' Roses. I love the music on Chidem more than any other album or collection of songs I have ever heard, but I fill my time with work, playing guitar, buying nice guitar gear, playing new innovative videogames, going overseas, going out to a nightclub on the odd occasion, learning keyboards etc etc. You will find it much more entertaining and fulfilling than placing so much emphasis on one dysfunctional band's music.
