  1. You're all such drama queens (not just you). They play Locomotive twice and it's: Oh, they'll rotate it with Coma, and everyone takes it as a given. Now a few shows no Locomotive and it's over and done with?

  2. A bit of magic... Axl making his leg disappear

  3. I think we'll keep hearing Locomotive off and on. I think they'll play Dead Horse at some point but I don't expect Axl to play guitar on it. I think Hard School is only on the alt list to fuck with fans and that's a total dick move.

  4. It's not exploiting, it's a tribute. I personally like the artist tributes lithos the best overall. They've covered Da Vinci, Dalì, Mucha and Magritte to name but a few. To me they're vastly superior to the skeletons or redhead lithos, but to each their own, I suppose. This is the first one this leg I really love. I liked the other Mexican one too.

  5. https://ultimateclassicrock.com/taylor-hawkins-get-the-money-song/ Get The Money seems perfect for Duff, no? ***** EDIT: This track is NOT Get the Money Featuring Duff! Please see the correct track below, with thanks to @triad

  6. Wish this vid was longer- great singing crowd! Here's explained what happened tonight in Tijuana. At some point, they couldn't set up Axl Rose's audio and the band didn't get out of the stage and kept playing on stage, with the audience in the background singing "knockin on heaven's door". then they have In place everything, after 7/8 minutes.

  10. Originally published in 2008: https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-lists/100-greatest-singers-of-all-time-147019/ It explains the criteria. Still the list is questionable, but isn't it the case with all these lists?

  11. Seeing a setlist that includes a cover of 'The Seeker' and NOT 'Patience' is completely unjustified in my opinion.

  22. His parents were poor. Slash's grandmother sometimes had to help them out financially and when Slash was a bit older, he had to work and pay rent to his mum, I think. She knew and worked for celebrities, but they were never well off. I think off all of them, Steven was the one who lived in a more affluent neighbourhood.

  23. Hard School being on the alt is cruel. Definitely Fernando’s limited amount of say to screw with us. Axl probably found it funny as well and agreed only to mess with us for listening to the leaks. God this band is fucked

  26. The terminator franchise can't be bargained with. It can't be reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until the audience are dead.

  27. i truly don't get why some posters mention the band making money from their art. They are the ones who created the art, preform the art and deserve the rewards that offers them. They like the rest of us, have families to support and mortgages to pay. When people use the term cash grab or reference money as a motivation for any persons motives, smells of jealousy and envy. Why some of you are so concerned about the money these people make, with most of you having never meet these people in person, with these people having no affect or involvement in your personal lives is beyond me. As a fan

  33. Yeah it's too bad all the videos I've seen are like 80's camcorder quality. The '91 shows are so different from '92... I wish we had an official release for each year of UYI. Take my fucking money it's right here!

  36. Well given that I have no major love for Coma, Locomotive is the clear winner! Love the groove of Locomotive, it has a better riff, better solos, better vocal line; for me Coma is half baked.... but somehow it's one their longest songs and loads of hardcore fans get all hot n' flustered when they play it

  40. I was at the show. I remember talking about Axl's rant after the show, feeling like it was more of a threat than anything he would ever follow through with. It made me perceive Axl as the only clean one in the band, outside of coke possibly, but not mr. brownstone. As a young closet stoner, I bought the other T-shirt because I wasn't comfortable wearing something that said "Stoned" at that time.

  43. Absolutely everything about this trailer absolutely fucking sucks. 3 was an abortion Salvation was supposed to be the start of a new trilogy and direction and it was very good with a really interesting direction for John Connor/Christian Bale to move forward but the idiot critics and public shat on it because Schwarzenegger was exactly where he was supposed to be: not fucking in it (except for a CGI cameo of a T800 in a T-800 factory). So they abandoned it because it *only* made $370 million on a $200 million budget. Genisys was a horrible pile of shit T2 remix where they ret-c

  46. I thought he did, but Slash wanted him to come back in overdub the guitars for a thicker sound and he didn't want to so Slash layered it himself. He talks about it in his book (not necessarily about Coma, Locomotive). Basically said, Izzy was happy with putting the recordings of his guitar that he made at home on the record.
