  1. please shut up, it's getting boring now. Don't like the thread? Ignore it and fuck off to one that appeals to you. It's that easy.

  3. The UYI tour one with a long winded Axl rant followed by the band fucking up the intro and having to fudge a restart, with the blame attributed to Slash being wasted on most videos of it, even though if you listen closely it's Sorum's fault for starting the drum intro half a beat late, which causes Slash to turn around with a panicked WTF look, before they get the rhythm correct on the second go That one

  5. Don't get me wrong, but I would never buy it. I don't see the appeal in a live album from this 2016-2019 era at all. There are no new songs. Everything they've done now they've done better in 87-93. Would people seriously listen to this live album more than once? I can't personally see myself listening to it, Axls vocals suck much too hard on too many songs that they would have to include, I don't want Axls current vocals on songs like RQ immortalized on an official release, I get embarrassed for the band. Do you want people to throw on a DVD from this reunion tour in 30 years time to show oth

  6. Rock am Ring 2006, that intro scream is insane. Same goes for Rock in Rio 2001 if I recall.

  7. Not to be rude. But I always get annoyed when people use social media to spam their wishes to artists. But good luck, I'd rather have some shows from 2006-2010 tho.

  8. I didn't want to post here anymore, but that interview is just pissing me off. The "spirit of 2006" (due to lack of a better term for the peak of "Nu" GNR at least in concert) was a thousand times more valuable than this ass kissing and backstabbing interview from Richard. I haven't heard him say anything among those lines when he had the honor of performing alongside Izzy back in 2006. I can see him being frustrated with Ashba having personal chemistry with Axl, but taking Richard taking a piss on Buckethead or Ron is Richard pissing WAY upstairs, both musicially and personally. 9. IF it has to be one show only, then yes, Houston would be my choice (or Los Angeles 2016). But if you asked me, I think the best choice would be to do a "best of" were you have great performances and also lots of countries represented. This was a HUGE tour, it would be a shame to not use that. I'm sure that if we were able to share YT videos here without them being deleted, we could create a really good NITL playlist. I honestly think that a potential NITL release should be a mix of different countries while also respecting the "good performance" rule. Using a full show to represent

Und how ist one supposed to make a mountain out of this (wholly fictitious) mole hill - das ist impossible with ze little time we have. (Person A) Alright, alright, not worth making a song-and-dance about it mate (Soul) I am not singing and not dancing. Why do you say these things - what you speak is nonsense? 17. Apparently the admin of the page is trying to sabotage the cause, he locked the comments when people started commenting #ReleaseHoustonAlbum. But we can still act there by upvoting my comment which has the same points as the admin’s original comment at this moment which is very good. It shows people really want this concert and that way we would still show to Fernando there is a high demand for it.

  18. I definitely get that. I know that most of those criticizing America do it out of a desire for it to be a better America. I just think you need to be really delicate to highlight racial injustices while not ripping apart any shared identity that Americans could have. I don't think the balance is being struck right now, and really, I don't have the answers for how exactly to do it. It's part of the reason I prefer looking at American inequality through class and not race. There's nothing necessarily incorrect with the latter, but class unites far more people.

  20. Thats actually not how that business model works. As Guns fans we should know that artists work will be claimed by those owning the rights - usually the record label. So these videos arent usually monetized by the youtuber. They are often monetized by the band/lables. Only if the youtuber uses barely any of the actual song can they maybe get away with monetizing it (which they risk running afoul of youtube). They sell merch, have in-video adds presented by the YouTuber themselves, and have patreon/paypals. Thats the profit model. So its not so easy as having someone enjoy your v

  21. Yup. Personally I look for random stuff in a live performance to make it stand out....(a variation on a riff/vocal, something said/happening) otherwise what’s the point?? Just listen to the album versions?! Heres hoping @diegodasilva23 is successful.

  22. Rock in rio 91 They go from double talking jive to jungle A very long "you gonna dieeee" from Axl and in the last second Slash starts the riff ... Goosebumps

  23. Brian Johnson is back in the band. I seriously doubt that Axl will be on any AC/DC songs. The articles clickbait.

  24. Fuck no. Axl being able to make an album with AC/DC while continuously not being able to do so with GnR is pretty much the biggest insult to the gnr fanbase they can do at this point. The ultimate confirmation of what a soulless cashgrab GnR is at this point. Also I absolutely LOVE AC/DC, but they should either make another album with Brian or not make one at all. I've read his hearing is getting much better. Edit: Glad to read this is old. I was scared for a minute.

And doing worse than such countries as Mexico, France, Panama, Bolivia, Colombia, Equador, Netherlands, Ireland, Iran, Canada, South Africa, Switzerland, Argentina, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iraq, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Denmark, Israel, Bulgaria, Serbia, Austria, Kazahkstan, Turkey, Hungary, Finland, Ukraine, Poland, Egypt, Norway, Estonia, India, Croatia, Czechia, UAE, Algerie, Lithuania, Iceland, Pakistan, In

  30. If they use the same performances they've posted on youtube? Hell no. They could actually make a decent 'compilation' live album... the vast majority of it would be from the NA 2016 run, but that's what we want anyway. I have no faith they'd actually pick the best performances though.

  32. I'm letting youtube call the tunes today. So I had to clean the house first. And now I'm looking at the garage but I'm getting there. Arrowheads, those things Indians used to kill, cut shit. Tools made out of rocks. I have a small collection of those. Speaking of collections, my grandson asked if he could have the bottle caps when I'm gone. He's writing me off soon. Catch and release those spiders. Lucky or not I have boundaries! All bugs stay outside.

  33. It's a mainstream article account of the event. You haven't provided jack. Edit: The article I posted said mace may have been used, but obviously they don't state it as fact because no one has a full accounting of what happened based on the available evidence.

  34. DieselDaisy just exaggerates, I think that's all... and when someone calls him out on it, he doesn't like to admit he's wrong. He once said that he had been to almost every country in Europe, which I found impressive! So I asked him about it, turned out he hadn't even been to half of them. Not a diss on you, DieselDaisy, just an observation regarding your posting habits.

  35. Goalpost moving by producing caveats. NB., I am by no means defending Trump's reaction which has been indeed poor - belated and flippant above all else, especially in the early stages - but merely demonstrating that contextually and proportionately, many countries have done a lot worse than the United States, and much of the rhetoric against his handling of the crisis is motivated by demonstrative political bias: it is a convenient narrative for opponents of Trump to depict his handling of the crisis as such. But we await the (European) sequel. It is coming...

  37. I'm just not waiting for any NITL releases. I'd love to hear a new album tho. Or one of the quality AC/DC shows. Or anything where Axl still sounded like Axl.

  38. "Thank you" is enough. If you feel confident that it won't be misconstrued and lead to awkwardness then you can certainly compliment guys however you like. Probably more safe to go the "I like your glasses" route than "Your muscles make me horny" but you sort of have to feel what is okay or not yourself. But in most cases "thank you" is both enough and safest. You don't want to lead anyone on, right.

  41. It'd be funny and totally a Fernando move if they announced Houston but only ended giving us Wish You Were Here from it. No Axl vocals at all. On a serious note, I'm glad we've finally got Houston on the way!

  42. I remember playing MS Flight Simulator 3.0 on my old DOS 386 processor PC back in the late 1980s. At the time I thought nothing was more realistic... lol Still remember I spent most of my time flying the Cessna and Lear jet under the Golden Gate Bridge. I was going to make a Hasselhoff - poster joke but I'll let it go. Apparently it streams Bing Maps as you play and uses some technical sorcery to render buildings in 3D. I'd love to play this but I don't own a PC. Apparently it's coming to the next Xbox so hopefully I'll get a chance to give it a try in
