wow....axl + angus...best info from that gig. would be great to hear an ac/dc album with axl :D the 15 min stream was ok...however NR was pretty boring...

Albeit not awful. Whiney at times just like Sweet Child.
I'd rather he performed it in a deeper voice. Softer songs do not necessarily have to be that soft.
There was that performance of Don't Cry on one of the recent tours where he started it using a lower range and it was just glorious.

Not only is he sad, but he is also outright sobbing. That's why he always wears shades so nobody can see his swollen eyes.

So how is Axl changing shirts throughout the show when he's on his thrown? Its just kind of a funny visual to think of him getting on and off that thing throughout the show and hobbling around on crutches just to make some wardrobe changes...not that I'd care. King Axl can do whatever he wants.

There's a hot "nurse" who rolls him around the stage when he needs to as far as I noticed, which only adds to the show.

  4. Strangely enough, I don’t envy those people who attended the debut event or will attend the shows in Vegas, even though I understand that the band will hardly make it again this far to where I live. I just enjoy reading all the raving reviews and watching the little video snippets that we get. I’m really happy for the band that this whole event played out as it did (contrary to the management's discontent that they were not the first to break the news via the official website). People were sleeping in the streets to get to a GN’R show for $10 in 2016? It just couldn’t get any better than this! Perhaps only if Nicolas Cage, Jim Carrey and Arnold Schwarzenegger had been sleeping next to them… This is really spectacular! And watching Axl not just going through the motions, but rocking out (for real) next to Duff and Slash still feels so surreal.
And many thanks to all the nice people who’ve made extra efforts to share their very special experience with us.
