One of the ambivalences or paradoxes that I love about life is that I basically believe in reincarnation, but on the other hand love and dig the saying "you only live once". So let’s look at it that way. After all, the past is merely in our heads, and the future doesn’t exist, because it hasn’t happened yet. All that exists and that we truly have is right now. Always just now. Lennon and others talked about it. Correspondingly, things can only be changed right now. So let’s enjoy the moment, it’s not like we get this every week. I wonder whether Axl is a bit ambidextrous. He writes with his right, but we've all surely noticed already he usually holds the mic in his left, especially when on the mic stand. I't like 90 to 10%. Peculiar.

1992. I was 10, and they were everywhere. First I heard my sister’s cassette mix with mostly UYI songs, and I instantly liked Axl’s voice. Then I saw a poster and liked how they looked. Among the first videos I remember was the UYI stuff – Civil War from Tokyo 92, and Paris 92 broadcasted on TV. Axl walking and talking on the stage, spitting. I'd never seen anything like that. I only got the Appetite stuff a bit later. I remember how magical Axl seemed to me in Sweet Child and how it looked like a slightly different band… I started to perceive the other members subsequently, but it was Axl who made me a fan.

Yeah. CP looks beautiful, but I had to switch from DLSS to that Intel thingy, because otherwise I had pixelated smoke. They do update it almost on a daily basis, though.

I’m actually the secret third guitarist in GN'R, and yesterday Axl told me in the studio not to believe all the shit I read on the internet. "Garbage can" are the literal words he used.

I know it's nonsense, I'm just saying. Waves could still be made. A part of me (currently slightly drunk) thinks it would be fun. Man, fuck it, just release Monsters.

I wouldn't be so sure about this. Now "ugly" is obviously subjective, but certain arrangements or tone or whatever, yeah, these things can play a role, can't they. It's a definite maybe.

I definitely would not be ok with a covers album. In fact, I wouldn’t even want a single cover song on any new album. We’ve patiently waited for this band and its principal to release anything in decades, and the last thing we should wish for on a new record is an unnecessary cover song, literally taking up space that could have been filled with an actual GNR song, regardless of the year of origin. No more covers, please. Haven’t we had enough of them, especially from this band? Plus they’re giving them so much space in concert setlists as it is. In layman’s terms: each released cover means an original GNR song that we could have had but don’t. Who the fuck would want that. Makes no sense to me. Also, they’re not some snowflake aliens from the outer space; they’re musicians, damn it. If they need to put out a cover EP to get their mojo going, they’re already finished in the first place.

Imagine if kids could write exams on the topic of anything concerning their favourite bands...

Spring: One more CD2 single - Soul Monster probably with Atlas Shrugged Summer: 2016 NITL DVD Late 2024: A brand new song, including a music video; followed by teasers and interviews and hype and shit of all kinds 2025: A new album consisting of unused 90s stuff, rehashed CD2 stuff, and new material No touring until then. And then a completely renovated, different show at that. Dream on.

In that combo though, Monsters would be A-side and Perhaps, the inferior one, the B-side.
