Plainview (in that scene where he's yelling at Eli) was my avatar here for a long time many years ago. I might bring it back one day, although I probably lost the original. The first time I saw the movie I thought the ending was the weak link and felt out of place, but the more I've re-watched it, I've grown an appreciation for it. I think it's perfect now. It's so emotionally draining, the whole film. You can't take your eyes off it, but it's overwhelming.
