  1. Wow.. I just watched some of Nightrain, LALD and KOHD.. TIS is what we were waiting for .. There is our DVD right there.. Fuck those half assed stupid selects.. These clips captured teh energy of the live shows. The perfect mix of band and crowd footage and audio. This was as raw as it gets too. Imagine if they had a little time to remix it? The Stones released a Blu Ray of their Glastonbury show.. Guns should too.
  2. ohh ok.. Thanks. Not worth that much effort.. Enjoy everyone! Hope it sounds better than past Pro Shots.
  3. Hey guys, My cousin took a tour of the WV State Penitentiary and here are the photos he took of one of the cells. I found it pretty interesting and thought some of you may as well. I believe the facility closed in 1995.
  4. Sorry, late to the party. Is this being streamed live? If so, can someone quote me with the link and what EST that would be?
  5. I actually like WL.. Axl sounds great on it and I like teh little acoustic jam.. Absurd on the other hand soudl disappear from existence.
  6. I am sure it doesn't take Axl very long to figure out what he has in the tank each night. A song or two?
  7. I didn't mean that.. They already tune down 1/2 step... I'd rather him just sing in his low voice and if he is having a good night bust out his high voice..
  8. The worst fanbase ever.. At least on here.. It is fine to criticize to a point but the same people bitch about the same shit on every thread for decades.. I have done my fare share of complaining but at some point you need to move on or follow an other band. It just looks pathetic.
  9. AC/DC certainly don't switch up the set as much as GnR do.. Maybe the opening song but they change 2 or 3 songs a tour and play that same set every fucking night just like every other band. Every Time I have seen Guns there are several songs that they didn't play the prior show. I have seen 4 reunion shows and if I saw them the other night I would have seen them play NINE songs that I hadn't seen yet.. Never mind the different intros to songs and Slash solos that changes.. AC/DC and Alice Cooper also play like 15 songs not 25 - 32. Alice also doesn't rotate teh opening songs during a tour. I have seen him around 20 times..
  10. Working on adjustments to try and make it not sound embarrasing is giving up? That is what most gaing singers do.. Giving up is just sayingt fuck it I will continue to sound embarrasing
  11. The Pretty Tied Up, Down On The Farm, Seeker voice.. It would be different but still powerful rather than awkward to listen to.
  12. 100% and it would sound powerful and awesome
  13. How amazing is it really? 95% perecent iof major rock and smaller bands play the exct same set every night for an entire tour.. Then maybe swicth up a song or two the next tour.. KISS... AC/DC... Ozzy.. Motley Crue.. Black Sabbath.. Alice Cooper...Def Leppard.. ZZ Top.. John Fogerty and on and on and on and on... People blow the same Guns N' Roses same setlist shit way out of porportion...
  14. Izzy because I have never seen him live and in my opinion the chemisytry between him and Slash is unmatched.
  15. 72 Seasons definaetely isn't a flop.. The massive tour to support it just started too. And while not they hottest band they are still arguabley the biggest band. HardRock/Metal band anyway.
  16. I just don't think the general public cares about old demos with new guitar and bassd tracks pasted on them using 25 year old vocals.. It is avbsolutely ridiculous. I don't know anyone outside of this forum that didn't think them same. Then there is the fcat that the songs kind of sucked compared to their past catalopg.
  17. Now you sound ike a child just arguing for the sake of arguing.. You are high if you think 98% of the audience even knows those CD songs.. It is probably closer to 10% with most not giving a fuck about the solos or how inspiring Slash is during them. He is fine.. It is just the same 5 people that have been regurgittaing the same crap for 7 years now.
  18. Just watched some more videos from the show. Hats of to these guys.. They are usually pretty bad the first couple shows. Axl is usually pretty rough and they generally butchers songs they haven't played in a long time. This just wasn't the case. Axl definately rehearsed and really put some thought and work into what adjustments he could make to sound better. The added song selection of lower range songs and omitting little vocal part that may cause him to be out of breath were a couple things I noticed. Whether it be using the lower voice a bit more at times when he wouldn't Not to mention that this is the best shape he has probably been in since the reunion. That has to help his performance. They background vocals are assisting him at key points to help him out during times a little more. They slowed the tempo down for Nice Boys a bit and he sounded really good. I think he would have been out of breath otherwise. Looking forward to see how Rocket Queen evolves.. It seemed like they were trying to throw a Sympathy for the Devil jam in there which could be really cool. I actually thought the Fortus leads fit the song too. I was finally going to pass on a tour but pretty sure I am going now. Way to go boys \m/
  19. In the grand scheme of things, there are probably about two peopl in the audience that give a crap how Slash plays the Chinese Democracy solos..
  20. Just watched one of the whole song. The sound was pretty low but Axl sounded pretty good on it.
  21. It sounds like they are trying for a Sympathy For The Devil jam there.. That could be pretty cool if they iron it out a bit more.
