My Favorite was the Skewrl/chicken dinner leaks, because @ that point we had a full 12 track studio album of CD Demos.
which i actually like better than the finished CD.

Misfits are one of my favorite bands, the three Danzig records are all punk rock classics in my opinion. The Michale Graves records are both amazing with famous monsters being one of my favorite albums, The Devil's Rain is ok but it just doesn't have the feel their previous records do, Jerry just doesn't pour his soul into his voice like Glenn & Michale do although i do enjoy quite a few of the songs & Dez Cadena's guitar especially. Cosmonaut Land of the Dead is a good song though, i prefer the live version off dead alive though, it's just a lot more raw & Dez sings the background vocals which is an improvement in my book. I Wouldn't say it's their best song since the Danzig lineup though, the Graves era Fits had some amazing tunes.

yeah if i'm not mistaken, Izzy plays all the guitar in the fast part & Slash & Duff play guitar on the outro, can anybody confirm this, don't wanna have to go find my copy of UYI 1.

Here comes the Bad, RAIIIIIIIIN! falling from an aching heart
UH-UH-UH!
that is all.

i dig God is Dead, Not as good as the first couple of albums, but i wasn't expecting it to be, i like it better than some of the stuff off the last couple ozzy/sab records & it's a lot better better than psycho man or selling My soul.
& i already expected the album to be brickwalled to all hell, so the waveform doesn't surprise me at all.

did anybody see the raw last monday when the whole crowd sang fandango's theme, it was priceless.

just saw e'm about an hour ago, great show, though no slash though
the weird thing is that john dette from slayer played drums with them tonight even though charlie payed with them in LA.
No. Fuck Slayer, Dave Lombardo is the only true Slayer drummer.
And anyhow, Charlie said he'd miss a couple dates due to his legal BS that's still going on. I dunno how many though.
Oh ok that makes sense,i just didn't know what other way to describe dette

Can't wait, they should just put it out on itunes or something for the fans.

As much as Nicko is maiden, Clive laid down some unforgettable drum parts on the first 3 records, especially Number of the Beast.
RIP Clive, you are sadly missed.

I rember early 2008 it being slated then it going to br mixed. But i might be mixed up.
that was in Feb 2007, about a month before the tentative release date Axl set.
Wolfmother just released their full new record (Which has been in the works for 3 years) on soundcloud today for streaming, without announcing a title, cover art or a release date. imagine how cool it would be if Axl did something like this.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PLEASE CAN ANYBODY TELL ME IN WHICH MINUTE HE TALKS ABOUT THE GENERAL RIFF?

I am psyched about this, but two black flags? that's kinda ridiculous. although it's cool that you can see them with Keith & Ron.

Speaking of shame...

I highly doubt they'll release it since axl already gave the song to asphalt ballet in 1993, he even sings backup vocals for it if i'm not mistaken:

Thanks for all the insight marc, i'm also curious about the shadow of your love version mentioned above, is it the one that was released as a b side to live & let die?

Ahh what can I say about AC/DC? one of my top 5 favorite bands of all time, up there with GN'R & Maiden. Don't know what it is that keeps me coming back to them but something about there music just makes me wanna rock out & raise some hell. my favorite album by them is probably the collector's edition of Live followed up closely by highway to hell, TNT or razor's edge.
The only thing that bugs me about them is that i wish their first couple albums were available in their original Australian versions, as i feel those are superior to their international versions.

Check out the movie promo, looks good, but AC/DC's management didn't approve it?? Definitely some familiar faces in there.
Saw me a Bumblefoot in the trailer.

The Pasha one is wrong.
Spencer did SCOM and Nightrain and thats it
The other songs were done in the same studio but produced by the band. The deal was they paid 15k for the 2 songs but got to use the studio to do Live Like a suicide
songs recorded were
Jumpin Jack
Your Crazy
Reckless
Heartbreak Hotel
Shadow of Your Love
Jungle
Move to the City
Mama Kin
Nice Boys
Brownstone
Don't cry
Too bad they never did anything with Heartbreak Hotel. It was always such a up lifting song in their set.
I don't know that much about the demos after Pasha
I do remember them doing that Dr phil show at Canter's It was a while ago but I don't remember who waited on them
Hey marc, did you know that they put out one of the demos of Hartbreak hotel on the vinyl version of the Hollywood rocks! compilation?

makes me truly sad to see this, not so much Paul's attitude towards the fan or anything, but the fact that he talk's shit about Bruce's singing the proceeds to completely butcher running free, i mean god damn, what was that crazy screechy falsetto he was using? he doesn't even sound like himself anymore.

How come CW and SCOM are there? Also I wonder if you can still get the shirt for this?
it was mentioned during the release of made in stoke that there was a legal issue that prevented slash from releasing GNR songs on his DVDs, hence why the US version of made in stoke had 5 songs & the uk got full versions of the made in stoke DVD & the live from new york DVD that got released on his recent box set over there.
But back on point, psyched for this release, haven't picked up AL yet since i figured there'd be a deluxe package, as with the last album, pus it looks like i'll get a new pick box to put the pick i got with the last slash deluxe in!
Excited for the release as well!
That said, no GNR songs? Is that the reason Made in Stoke isnt released in Blu-ray for US as well?
ya i believe so, slash mentioned it in a few interviews.
