I respect the optimism of everybody who thinks perhaps is gonna drop Friday. I wish I could believe, but this band has given me no reason to.  Even with all the smoke around perhaps it doesn’t make me forget the constant goalpost moving with CD even when it seemed certain it would be released at times.

Ridiculous that Perhaps is a quarter of a century old & they still can’t manage to release it.

The presave buttons didn’t work they just redirected you to the app with no presave option.

Am I remembering wrong or was there an old CD2 track list that mentioned a song called “Grace”?

I think Brains did drums on the last two singles so my moneys on him. 4tus said he laid down guitars for the last two as well so I bet he’s on this.

Two things I believe:

1) there is a whole other album worth of songs with vocals that could be released. Even if you have to remove songs like Going Down they could easily be replaced with a Duff cover or another vault song like Ain’t Going Down.

2) we’ll either never get an album or we’ll just get songs Gradually released over years & years until we get a new albums worth of songs. Axl is in no hurry to release anything & Slash/Duff seem to be more than happy releasing solo stuff in between GNR nostalgia legs.

As for all things GNR though, I’d love to be proven wrong!

This is my favorite part of all this. Nuno was just talking out of his @$$ & Slash was probably the first guitarist he could think of to make an analogy, not realizing Slash played with Rihanna 13 years before he did.

He’s probably referring to General Tso’s chicken, which is a popular Chinese takeout dish in the states.

Priest have played arenas three times in my town in the last 5 years. One of the shows was even booked in a limited seating arrangement originally but had to be upgraded due to ticket sales.

Love Priest (probably top 10) but I’d have been disappointed if I had bought tickets to see Ozzy. They should have just got Sabbath to fill in & had Rob sing like they did in the 90’s/00’s. Either that or one of the other old singers like Glenn Hughes or Tony Martin.

This is getting out of hand, they’re clearly trying to hype up the hardcore fan base. There’s no way they would let this much slide.  I still have doubts anything will be played or released, which is why this is all so stupid lol.

I wonder If Dizzy had played on Appetite if he’d be getting the same treatment as the big 3?

Having Hard Skool, Perhaps & Atlas laying around and going with Absurd as the first single is pretty bizzare. It’s almost as strange as having Welcome To The Jungle, Sweet Child O’ Mine & Paradise City laying around & going with It’s So Easy as the first single….

Wow would have never guessed that was Brain on HS, sounds like Frank. I always thought they kept Brain around last tour as a touring backup in case of Covid. Since he could theoretically fill in for Frank & Melissa.

All the signs are there for new music coming, but I can’t get my hopes up because it’s GNR lol. If this was happening with AC/DC an album announcement would be imminent 

It’s gonna be exhausting if/when perhaps drops because everybody in here is gonna be whining over how bad Slash played the solo even though the original solo from the demo is incredibly mid. Idk how anybody even thought that was Brian May I heard it the first time & knew it was Fink lol.
