  1. looks like a current model Chrysler 200... and prob. ex-demo model, hence the no smoking stickers. As for the music choice, that just can't be justified!

Oh, and the round knob thing is called a gear selector dial, or rotary selector.

  2. I had no idea that woman also went after Timberlake. She should be in a mental hospital not in the streets really.

Throw Lars Ulrich into the mix too! according to this list of outrageous celebrity stalkers where she came in at no. 12! http://www.ranker.com/list/top-13-most-outrageous-celebrity-stalkers/jennifer-lee?page=3

"As for her relations with the members of Metallica, she was ordered to stay at least 150 ft. away from the members, their families, and their fan club workers."

  3. "During a conversation two days before his death Ms Weston told Alex his brother was “at crisis point” and had stopped taking his medication and she was trying to get him help.

He said his brother had long been obsessed with a small section of lyrics from Guns ’n Roses song Civil War and would play that part of the song over and over while laughing and giggling.

A note in Nick’s handwriting, with the lyrics on it was found at the murder scene, the court heard.

“The billions shift from side to side/ and the wars go on with brainwashed pride/ for the love of God and our human rights/ and all these things are swept aside/ by bloody hands time can’t deny/ and are washed away by your genocide,” it read.

Defence lawyer Rochelle Mainwaring told the jury her client’s mental state was central to the trial."

  5. Sad day for sure, it was only a matter of time unfortunately. The first real concert I ever went to was headlined by The Angels, (Barbed Wire Ball! The Poor, Screaming Jets and The Angels)

They all put on a great show, and I've been a fan ever since...

Guess we know the answer now. R.I.P. Doc.

  6. I want to hear it, and in the grand scheme of things, 20k isn't that much cash.

I think that the problem he is facing is that the majority of real fans from the early era of Gn'R have cut their losses and walked away from keeping up to date a long time ago. The few hundred people that post across the boards are one thing, but this band used to play to crowds well in excess of 100,000 on a regular basis, most of which would be either side of 40 these days and uninterested in and oblivious to the current goings on of this circus act.

It's such a small percentage of people that bought AFD or Lies at or near their release that would be needed to contribute to this to make it a success, it should be easily achieved if it gets to the right audience.

and how anyone could listen to and honestly enjoy all the latest variations and inconsistency in Axl's voice, but not be interested in unheard vocals, closer to the voice that got him where he is than he'll ever sound like again is just beyond me...
