I was in person in both Vegas and Chicago when he won the belt in AEW. I was also at the show in LA where he broke his foot (and MJF delivered the "you fucking mark" promo)

I used to have a list but stopped updating it.

Since then I have seen Guns N' Roses 6x or so, Ugly Kid Joe, Jack White solo and the Racotneurs multiple times each, the Kills, St. Vincent, McCartney again, MC50, Aerosmith, Lady Gaga, more cheap trick, more ace frehley, more Alice Cooper, etc, etc...

Yep.. Like they played Anything goes earlier in the night, swap that with Madagascar and the encore would start off with a bang. Or maybe madagascar just isn't needed at all, but thats subjective.

I have passed on seeing GN'R since 2017 as it just felt redundant after a while but had to go see them at the Bowl as it's one of the most iconic venues in the world and happens to be 25 miles form my house.
I got a ticket right up front the night before the show for a "decent" price finally. Overall, I had a blast. Locomotive is my all time favorite song so I was beyond thrilled to see that live. Bad Obsession and Pretty tied up were super cool as well and I haven't seen SOD/The Blues since 2006 I think, so that was really fun.
My only complaint would be how bloated and slow the last third of the show was. If you take out Nightrain, it was all slow/mid-tempo songs from I think Civil War or SCOM to before Paradise City. NR, Patience, Madagascar, etc...It really brought the level and energy of the show down, at least for me. For me, if they are going to play slower songs, I want to see Don't Cry, Sorry, etc.
All in all, it was awesome and I'm super glad I went, as I debated it all the way up until the night before the show.

Pool Circle and Garden boxes will be very expensive. Half way up, up to the top will be pretty standard concert prices.
Pool will be cheaper if it is GA but the majority of the time it is seated, so that outcome will dictate a little.

For those who aren't familiar...
Generally when prominent bands play any of the festivals at The Indio Polo grounds (Coachella, Stagecoach, Desert/Power Trip) they are contractually unable to play/announce any LA area shows until AFTER said festival is over, hence the news leaking before the official announcement as well as going on sale less than a month before the shows. This is also why GN'R didn't announce the original Dodger Stadium shows until a little later when they played Coachella for their first show back.

The company I work for just announced our Iron Maiden statues. I was heavily involved in making these from the early business discussions to working with the artists and sculptors, art directing both pieces. It was an absolute blast and I’m stoked we finally announced them. Check it out.

I saw Ugly Kid Joe the other night. It was awesome.
First time they have toured the US in 27 years. If you can still catch them, I highly recommend it.

it's always hard to to justify like 500 dollar records sitting in the bins. I've already gotten away from a lot of collector stuff and sold off high dollar things. I don't need them just sitting there when that can be my car payment or mortgage, or fund a trip or concert or something.

Just a heads up to all who sell on eBay. They changed the threshold this year to you getting a 1099 after selling 600 dollars of goods. It used to be 20k + 200+ transactions.
I am looking to sell a box set that will just about put me over that and we're only in the first month of the year so I am gonna try other routes.

picked up "At my piano" from Brian Wilson. It's a really nice album to just have on in the background. It's solo piano versions of a bunch of classic Beach Boy's songs.

It adds up quick man. I looked at my eBay sales for the year and was shocked to see I have sold over 11k in records in 2021.
