  1. @Deanlook at that logo. So cute. I used to draw that logo all over my notebooks in boring classroom back in high school.
  2. No! it's fun. Do you need some fun, on forum Or do you need some fun, all alone? ooooh everybody needs some fun, on forum oooh don't you know you need some fun, on the board... Slash's solo: ...weeeeeee weeeyooo weeeyeye weeeyoo woooo wooo wooo wow wow labalabalaba...
  3. Yeah, too much musical production ever since the two are back.
  4. I hear nothing in these three white squares. Although I'm not sure if these are Nothing or similar to Nothing. I guess everyone agrees that Nothing has good potential.
  5. That was one of the early works of the renowned graphic artist Sir Fernando Lebeis. Although later in his career he has moved on from pixel inspired art into product design such as GNR toy truck.
  6. An 'uber casual' fan won't bother with a vinyl to discover a popular band like GNR. He'll check them out on Youtube. This is not the 70s. So I believe the target for this rather pointless release is the die hard fans who are collectors as well.
  7. I personally have no complain specially when they've added PTU, AG, RL, BO as mentioned above. Besides there not much to complain about setlist of a band with barely four albums to be honest.
  8. probably a reference to a quote from the presenter of their MTV 92 performance before November Rain feat Elton John (2 Pianos)
  9. Clown act to personally attack someone who just shared his opinion about a clownband.
  10. - Release either Munich 1993 proshot or Perfect Crime documentary (if exists). - Respectfully retire this year - I don't want new album anymore.
  11. 2006 graphics in general were really solid. I would even say it was minimalist compared to anything before and after that. And yes the logo was great.
  12. Yes unfortunately. I know... I know... AFD is the best. Steven Adler is an ace and god bless the 87 lineup. Jokes aside, honestly you've cherry picked some badly taken photos of NewGnr merch, while what I just did was to literally visit the official merch site and pick stuff very randomly.
  13. It's mind-boggling how did we get from high art of Chinese Democracy era to these:
  14. Yea we know who that someone is ;-) otherwise they would perform. Ron Thal was on pain killers doing shows every night and that same someone didn't give a shit to ask him if he's ok.
  15. Brace yourself as you're gonna get a lot of negative responses in this forum for being rational and realistic. But I totally agree with you.
  16. You are absolutely correct. That was Hong Kong 2002. The very first 2002 show. Regarding the new year's eve shows, apparently the second Vegas show had the best OMG performance ever: "Axl hitting all his vocals and both lead guitarists shredding every note! One of the night’s highlights was a flawless performance of ‘Oh My God’ – something that hadn’t been pulled off in the band’s previous three gigs" Source: GnrOnTour
