  1. And all the better for it if you ask me. Always preferred AOA over SOA.
  2. Can you blame them? I heard they remortgaged their house to get the band going again and then Stapp gave up on the promo a matter of weeks after album launch and they lose their label as a result. The Votta brothers are on this, with Ron and two new members.
  3. New singer Jeff Scott Sotto New song and new album
  4. Where did this rumour originate? A fans imagination?
  5. If the intention is to have a clear-out before recording new material, does this mean they're just going to scrap Atlas altogether? I mean, they clearly won't release anything when they're off the road. If its true that they're taking an extended break from touring to work on new material then it doesn't bode well for a potential release of Atlas.
  6. I wouldn't object to a OMG reworking, if it was tacked onto something else as a b-side to Soul Monster or Atlas. Would be kinda fun to hear how Slash would approach it. For all the naysayers, it's just music at the end of the day. It's meant to be a bit of fun, not something to be taken too seriously.
  7. Dj: "one day baby, I will pay the bills with this guitar." *plays something* *wife joins onlyfans.*
  8. Why'd they get divorced? Did she get tired of waiting for him to master the second half of the SCOM solo?
  9. There's much cooler songs on 4 than FMW imo. That's a nice pop-rock song, could've been a hit in another time and place, but there's much better rock songs on the album,
  10. 1, Bible Black 2. War Pigs (original demo) 3. The Eternal Idol 4. Computer God 5. Megalomania 6. Sabbath Bloody Sabbath 7. The Writ 8. Selling My Soul 9. Die Young 10. Kiss Of Death
  11. Weirdly he doesn't seem to be able to pull off the verses that well, there's something really awkward about the "hay hey"s which both this dude and Axl struggle with live. It sounds good on the record to me, but doesn't seem to translate well outside of a studio recording. But the cover guy does a stellar job on the chorus, much better than Axl does.
  12. Yes. I'm pretending that Slash and Axl recorded two new songs to bulk up the album, called "Loaded" and "Time To Die." Both songs were recorded in the last year and are the only two on the album that feature the entire NITL lineup. I'll share more details about the fake album, its pretend release and the imaginary new tracks as soon as I can, but I've already said more than I should.
  13. Massive Prince fan here, but D&P has to be one of his worst albums. Despite it's success at the time, it has aged like sour milk. I know many of the outtakes already and there's a few good tracks in there for sure, but a D&P super deluxe would've been way, way down my list of desired projects from his estate.
  14. I'm making it up but they're releasing a new album on Fri Nov 17th called "Loaded." 12 tracks: The General / Monstrosity / ABSURD / Zodiac / 7 / Hard Skool / Atlas Shrugged / Loaded / Perhaps / Soul Monster / Oh My God / Time to Die Artwork is rad, official announcement expected mid-September. Plans may change. As I'm making it up, I'll keep you all posted on any developments.
  15. I hate stadium gigs, what do you think the odds are of GNR ever playing arenas in Europe again? It was great seeing them at the o2 Arena back in 2010 and 2012.
  16. Yeah, it'd be so cool if Axl would do a 3 song piano set each night. Boot Dizzy off the stage for 20 minutes a night, rotate Perhaps, Catcher, Street of Dreams and Breakdown and then end the "Axl Piano Bar" on Nov Rain. Would be awesome.
