You could be right Broue as I don't have time to read all the threads to compare to the article but there most likely was nothing new in the article. The article on the 87 British tour was a more interesting read for me but again did not give the hardcore fan anything new.

I have no bitterness towards Axl Billsfan as I don't think he owes me anything just as I don't think Izzy owes me anything.......but if you were being honest you would see Axl  has had nothing but contempt for his fans in the past so I think it is being naive for anyone to think he is doing this reunion for the fans.....

Saw a special on growers in Colorado who are raising plant strains specifically for pain relief that have very low levels of THC but high levels of the compound that gives pain relief and also helps children who have seizures. Pretty amazing stuff but of course some politicians are so afraid of legalizing that they will not consider the possible real medical applications not the BS business in California where anyone can get a medical card.

I was a regular smoker in my 20's but gave it up after I went back  to college and can't wait for Massachusetts of Rhode Island to legalize. Will be nice on a summer Friday night after a tough week  to go on the deck after the kid are in bed with a spiff and a glass on wine and stare at the stars with some good music playing in the background.....

It is not all tax. It is a little complicated but the lotto winnings are actually an annuity so you would get the full $1.3 billion but spread out over 30 years. If you decide on a lump sum cash payout then you get just over half which would be about $650 Million pretax dollars. After taking the lump sum payout and taxes you end up with about 1/3 of the original jackpot so somewhere between $400-450 Million. Still crazy money if you win!

Well not really because it actually is an annuity so if you take the cash value in a lump sum payment the actual value is just over $400 million before taxes and somewhere north of $200 Million after taxes depending on where you live but still an insane amount of money
