Same story as last tour. Outside of arenas and pavilions, these prices will tank. Got MetLife lower bowl for $98 including fees, and I only pulled the trigger now because I’m with a large group.
Insane that they haven’t cut prices more. Even more insane that people paid face value when they went onsale (and some even more for Platinum and VIP).
And because they’re not really changing the setlist much show to show.
For the record, I plan on going to one show and I’m VERY excited about the news songs on the set. I just don’t think we should pretend there’s nothing more they can do.
Because it was sound checked. Because it has been teased by Slash. Because out of the two “new” songs, 50% of the time they played it before it was released. Its only a matter of time before it does get played, so why not London?
Bad Obsession, PTU, Down on the Farm are all nicely locked in. I wish there was more rotating too, but I’m not going to complain too much now that they’ve tossed us a solid bone.
Many people want both of these things. So the possibility of even getting one is exciting. Plus the presence of one doesn’t necessarily indicate the absence of the other.
I truly don’t understand this. All they need to do is make ~100 tickets available for $25 at the worst selling venues and you immediately get a bump in clicks/eyeballs. Plenty of venues have already reduced prices.
That’s what I thought last time, but here they are playing MetLife, Hershey, Wrigley and Fenway again. I have no problem waiting for week of the show to buy my tickets at the price they should’ve been listed at to begin with.
