Though I proposed a few filters, I ultimately voted no.

Seems to me DJ joining got the band on the road for the great '09 / '10 tour that finally focused heavily on CD material, and was the only promotion after the album release.

Not a fan of the man because of his phoned in behavior (look at me, I'm a rock star) but I credit him for enabling the tour and trying his best to promote the band (including his fan-friendly attitude and referecing CD on his own media properties etc.).

I think 'demented' is the only logical option.

Or 'havoc' 8)

I must say, even though I'm not american, watching him unleashing on Trump the last few weeks was very entertaining.

I just can't understand how people are actually considering this man to be president material. It really scares me to read YT comments defending him and saying that he will be good for the USA and the global scene.

He's a pig in love with himself, that has 10 opinions / replies in repeat in every single debate / interview he does. China, Mexico, terrible Obama administration, Iran deal. And most used words are 'terrible', 'joke', 'very successful', 'disaster' and of course 'I'. He can't conduct himself and makes everything look like a show, taking out the substance out of every debate.

All or nothing for me - it will be nothing or new music.

But I don't have my hopes up (don't get me wrong, I'd love to have new music from Axl & the band) but we've been in this situation before...

I'm very happy that there are CD songs in the list. If it makes people discover the album, even better. Not so sure about ITW some of the other songs as there are better ones in my opinion but anyway.

And why are people holding on stuff like that? It's not yours to sell.

The band should put it out on their YT channel.

But now with Ron and DJ out, will they ever release this?

I love everything he did on CD so yes, it would be cool to see him return.

But he'd like to move on, and since he left (like 8 years ago) nothing has changed besides CD finally being released.

At this point adding another two new faces would be the fatal blow (yes, I have a lot of tolerance ). Either they can get Robin back and move on with just him and Richard or it's time to put the gloves down.

Anyone coming in to replace either DJ or BBF will know that he'll only be there to tour and not to create. And who would want to join such a circus.

I think we're better off comenting the past at the moment, that what I wanted to say.

Because the future of this band does not look good, to say the least.

And I so wanted to believe.

I understand that it's shit when we don't get any updates, but when we do get updates (albeit from Frank who doesn't seem to have much respect around here) and those updates involve plans for the next year, plans that more than 1 person has publicly said are happening, maybe just maybe we don't have to be so depressingly negative about it. When 2016 rolls around, and there's no new material then we can start the whining all over again, and then it wouldn't be negativity for the sake of negativity. I think most people on here need to take a step back from this site, nothings happening and that won't change for a good few months. GnR are not the be all, end all - a great band but there's a ton of great old and some new music to discover out there. So instead of moaning look for some new music while you wait for GnR.

Do you realize how many times these clowns have said they have plans and are moving forward? This is the organization that holds meetings to discuss future meetings about future meetinsg where they might put a plan in place. And when will people like you get it through your heads that none of us are puting out lives on hold. I can quite easily bitch about the shit show that Axl Rose is while still living my life, going to work, discovering new bands and enjoying old bands.

When 2016 rolls around and there's nothing new THEN we can be "negative"? Holy fuck people get more insane by day around here.
