I'd hate for this to happen because it would mean a reduced "greatest hits" show, granted GNR is probably not capable of continuing their 2 hour 45 minute shows in the future given their age, but a co-headline bill would assure their shows would be 2 hours tops and anything rare or "b-side" would surely get dropped

I seriously dread the days when GNR does a standard 2 hour show, yes I can do without some of the covers, but I don't know how any GNR fan is complaining about these long shows

So what year do you think they go back on tour, I say 2025 for a 40th anniversary tour

I think artists in general sound better on the 2nd night of back to backs because I get the feeling they  hold back a little on the first night as to ensure they have enough in the tank for the 2nd night, and the 2nd night they can be free from any worries

I am looking at setlist.fm and Slash yelled "Hey Fuckers, suck on Guns n Roses" before Reckless Life?" I gotta hear a recording of that

Frank was hanging in the back of the pit, the pit had a solid amount of people there to see Alice, alot more than the 2 previous shows I went to where the Pretenders were opening, though those shows were during the week and maybe that had an influence

If there is a curfew I am guessing the show gets cancelled, if there is none I am guessing it will be a late start around the time you said as that is when the bad weather is supposed to stop

I went down there today and they got the stage set up so they are definitely hoping to have a concert, there was also someone doing a soundcheck but it wasn't gnr

I wonder why they couldn't move it to another venue as suggested, did Busch Stadium not allow it? If they played Scottrade Center a few days after they Denver show it would likely sell out given they said they sold 30,000+ St Louis tickets 

Got into KC last night and man weather is back to looking awful tommorow, don't have a good feeling about this concert going forward 

Forecast got downgraded a little, yesterday it said like 100% chance of rain and thunderstorms now it is like 60%, with St Louis getting cancelled I am probably going to take my chances and go to this show

Damn, is there any chance of them announcing an arena show in St Louis? The venue has open dates from the Oct 30th to Nov 2nd I see

is there a chance they will postpone or outright cancel this concert? it says about 100% chance of rain, but it also says chance of severe thunderstorms, I know rain they can play through but thunder storms they don't mess around with

Damn 90% chance of rain from 6pm-11pm, now I am wondering if it is worth it to go, I was planning a 7 hour drive and I was going to leave tommorow 

is there a chance they would cancel this show? if there is they should probably say so in the next few days as they might get a few hundred or so to make the trek to Kansas City to see them instead

That sux,  if Knockin and Live Let Die are staples than Estranged and Civil War should be staples as well

if they were really smart and ballsy they would scrap the Kansas City show that is selling like garbage, and play the St. Louis show in its date which I am guessing sold alot more, it would be kind of messed up to the folks in Kansas City but from a financial point of view it would be beneficial

I still can't imagine them coming back to St Louis and doing a 1 off at that Stadium, I don't think these shows are the huge money makers they had hoped for with all the reduced ticket prices so I am not sure it is in their financial interest to have them schlep back to St Louis and all the extra costs involved to play for a minimal paycheck, not to mention late October/November where it will likely be cold out by showtime and there will probably be alot of refund requests.
