I tthink the tour means a new album will NOT come any time soon. Tour is bad news in my opinion. They already hinted that there was a lot of work still left to be done ont he enxt album so there';s no way they will finish it by May and thehn they will be too busy on tour to finish it again so no new album in 2012 would be my guess. Since the world ends this year I guess never to get a new gnr cd again.

I hope somehow gnr decideds to fit in Memphis In May a couple weeks before then.

They need to hurry up and get AFD into rock band as DLC. I wonder if people other than Axl can screw that over. Because slash has said before that it will never be in any music game. A lot of times it doesn't seem like all song writers or eprformers have to agree to let others use their work.

Too difficult because it all changes based on mood. I get tired of sweet chikld, for example, due to how often it's played, yet if in the right mood it would still ahve to be considered one of the best.

I dont know. I don't really care much for anyone else who would be the type of band who would go on tour with them. Maybe lynyrd skynyrd. An example of a band where everyone is repalcements, yet you don't hear people whining about it. Of course, that may be partly due to the fact that it can't be changed even if people did want it to. lol

No they shouldnt they should release what they ahve NOW and then work on something esle. there's no reason to throw away past stuff as if nobody will like it, regardless of what it sounds like vs. what people think it should.

yeah in that free video from the LA show (I forget which song) the fans do NOTHING. In my vids from nashville at least the fans are soemwhat into it, although still not greatly.

His range never included the mickey mouse sound until recently, so it's not just one of his normal sounds. It just doesn't sound good, but luckily is rare.

I mean just a program showing something at all, not a song list or anything. Just some sort of souvenir.

Actually what would be really cool would be if some professional would be taking pics actually from your show and then make a program of sorts AFTER it and sell it to people Someone needs to do cool new things like that.

VR is not trying to be Guns N' Roses, that's why they don't play a setlist with a lot of old Guns. There'd be fan outrage if New Guns didn't play enough old songs.

What else "could" gnr play? They abrely have any new material of their own released to begin with. No matter what fans want they have to play old stuff.

I dunno, but i listen to the one I recorded from this tour and he stumbles on lyrics several times.

I wanted to get a shirt at my show and they were still selling them wehn it ended at 2 AM, but was in a rush to catch a bus backt o memphis. And I didn't even have enough cash with me anyway. If they do sell them on the site I may buy one, although it's still not quite as cool as buying it right at the arena. I was hoping they would have a program for sell at the shows! But I kept asking a million people at the cocnert and none saw any program being sold.

Well MOST young people probably don't know about gnr. Otheer than now since CD is in rock band 3 a lot more probably do than had been the case.

Just as a random fyi I remember gnr or Axl mentioned in Night Court, Full House, and some other shows back in the 80s and 90s. Cool that they were getting mentioned because I don;t really remember other groups being popular enough to get mentions in shows back then. Just randomly remembering while on the topic of shows.

yes i did its legit he said that he didnt want to give any false hope but the new gnr album is their main priority he said he has written over 10 songs he said he thinks about 12 and axl has a shitload of material and he sits in his hotel room and plays dj hours of it

Seriously what other group ever says they're wrokign on an album and then doesn't want to "get people's hopes up"? ALL other groups can finish an album in less than a year.

Not if it's true that the guy kept telling him Slash would not be in the game. If that's proven, then the lawsuit is a win in some capacity. Youc an't reach an agreement with someone and then violate it and think it's a "ridiculous lawsuit" to try to rectify the situation.

I wish they ahd indeed made a gnr game though. I do own all the CD songs in rock abnd2/3, but had a whole game been made around it then it would have the classic gnr songs too!

Some of the music world does praise it. Just not much of it. I'm not nearly as into this cd as the odler oens. And it's nothing to do with who's in the band. I like all songs on it, but it's not "as often" that i am listening to the same song over and voer off of it anymore. Except lately I am listening to shackler's revenge a lot.

This doesn't happen every day... I read the word locomotive i this thread and also in another thread on another site about a train wreck. Now I ened to read a news article that says pretty tied up in it.

He's only good in that "in a way". He still ahs a lot of probs in it.

I like every song on all of their albums. I recall in the past people saying shotgun blues sucks... I even like that and my world. Not exactly listening to my world all the time, but still good.
