  1. Blackstar was right. It was Dont Damn Me
  2. Yep youre right it was Dont Damn Me. I remembered I think it was Duff also asking what it was lol
  3. Didnt they do soundcheck of back off bitch or was that last year
  4. My bad confused the Gibson Slash Les Paul with the Epiphone Slash Les Paul....
  5. Idk for me Axl really struggles with hardskool live so I am not a fan of it in the set. Nails absurd live though.
  6. I think thats definately part of it with the tone but I think he may also have changed his amp setups and so on too. Also using those epiphone guitars and being tied to various equipment deals doesnt help. The other two things. First I have read Melissa that she fills the guitar/band sounds and adds to the playing through her equipment and second the chemistry with Richard may not be the best. Sometimes it feels like Richard and Slash are both competing for leads while you had someone laidback like say Izzy/gilby just happy being there supporting rhythm and letting slash be the man. The noodling, at times shred and overspeeding is all slashs doing though. The lack of bends too.
  7. Narr ive seen him multiple times live with smkc and gnrs. He hasnt been on drugs since mid 2000s and has just changed in very recent years. I think his just bored playing the same stuff over and over
  8. Common sense would be perform a new single on the glastonbury show and with all that exposure would be the best promotion.
  9. You can watch via a VPN and for free via bbc iplayer once its streaming https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/group/m001nhhv
  10. Well in concert Axl did say Slash was in his ass. Could have been more to this haha.
  11. I dont care Im still a fan regardless of what he does in his personal life. Though his wearing of makeup, assless chaps other questionable clothing, touchy feely on males, no female relationship in years, cat hats and supposedly past 3somes with other other members is all questionable. I wouldnt be surpised if he was and thats the same as half of hollywood.
  12. Yea maybe its time to try another VR song. Sucker Train Blues may be good 🙂
  13. Just watched it. Sounds great. Wonder what they are after for the full show
  14. Axl has definately changed. This was the same guy that refused all autographs at one point because he kept seeing it up come up on ebay. He looks happy here
  15. I would take the trousers over Axl wearing his boxer/biker shorts on stage again
  16. That comment is also subjective and always your opinion which you think reigns supreme on this board. Who? The paid advertising/media. Lightbulb moment there alot of those media companies are paid to promote these shows. Do you think they will be writing bad reviews when the band is also paying their advertising? Australia media is small and not diverse. In my own opinion and as someone who actually attended and had been to plenty of prior Australian gnr shows their performance (not just axl) was far worse then any other legs I had seen. The shows were nowhere near being sold out so demand has dropped already. Maybe one day jump off the computer and watch a show you spent a few hundred on a ticket for and then let me know if it was up to scratch?
  17. Even as a legacy act it doesnt live up to expectations with poor vocal performances, noodling and poor drum tone/pace. Other legacy acts can at least perform their songs well 🙂
  18. Too bad Axl cant sing like these AI versions anymore. Now he sounds like his balls have been removed.
  19. Listening to Dice on the JRE and his mentioning how he opened for gnr and how he helped get the band together via duff. Supposedly Axl didnt like Slashs condescending tweets lol
