I could n`t care less what others say about Axl be it negative or positive but if you`re going to talk shit about someone at least make sure not to kiss his ass beforehand or grow a pair and tell him in his presence ( I mean Axl not DJ or Richard. Snider had an opportunity to tell Axl what he thought about NuNuGNR at GG ). As for Doug Aldrich, he`s a brilliant guitarist, he will smoke Twisted Sister`s guitarists` asses with ease. Axl should have brought him in intead of Robin then again, I don`t think Doug would be willing to wait for Axl to drag his precioous ass in studio and record something or would be OK covering Slash day in and day out. As far as musicianship is concerned, Axl takes massive dump on Snider even at his most fucked up phase.

I don`t understand why some " Axl fans" bring up U2 to justify their bullshit white knighting for prince almighty. Personally, I detest post Achtung Baby U2, I think everything they have done since then has been one big steaming pile of excrements ( except ' Sometimes You Can`t make It On Your Own" and few tolerable songs here and there ), they have become another run of the mill, commercialised pop rock abomination but at least they function as a BAND, they`re huge and popular ( not that it matters for me ) it`s a simple reality, they release music on reasonable time yes, most of it is rubbish but they keep their fans satisfied. I wish Axl functioned half as good as U2 does. I begrudge Axl lack of output not carrying on Guns N`Roses, he had every right to do so, he formed this band after all not Slash or Duff but his actions did n`t warrant him hijacking the name and running it to the gutter. He`s been squandering away his and his bandmates` talents for more more than two decades.

Appetite was great. Most of the illusions are trash. Gnr is so overrated musically. They were all about energy, image and attitude. The only thing the members of that band have left is an image. Izzy has put out some decent songs over the years, but the rest of the band sucks.

But, its cool they got together to jam. They are "allowed to do that." Lol
