  1. Slash was really into the two shows, especially during the General.
  2. Much shorter show than last night, but what a two show run! This band is still special!

  4. This set is bananas. Heavens Door early, Slash playing the Godfather and Sweet Child leas than two hours in
  5. It hasn't been meh in our section. I've loved every minute of it and everyone is standing here and loving it
  6. These are some heavy lyrics. These two together make an epic tune. Well done Uncle Ax!
  7. It's really good when both songs are put together. It's not Estranged quality, but it's damn good.
  8. So if these are two songs that go together, they're just releasing the General half on the Perhaps single?
  9. None of the albums were signed, just a little certificate. It's kind of silly, but it's a good album.
  10. What's the story with that? European's are still waiting for the Appetite re-release that everyone else got a month ago.
  11. Yep, he said in the interview with Cantrell that he re-recorded the vocals so they sound like they do now as opposed to back then, but the guitars are the same. I believe he also said something along the lines that Slash was so messed up back then that he didn't remember that recording session.
  12. Nothing new or different came out of that, but it was cool seeing and listening to two legends shooting the shit like that.
  13. I'm kind of psyched to hear this record. I must be one of the only one's here who liked Tenderness. The show I saw on that tour was great.
  14. Axl is still hated by the public who hasn't been into Gn'R since the Illusions came out. People still try telling joke's by wondering 'if Axl showed up 5 hours late'. He could go out and perform every song he's ever recorded perfectly and still get shit on. He's nowhere near what Bon Jovi and Neil are at this point. It's really a fucking joke to compare him to Vince. He's certainly not vintage, but people in the building are enjoying it, or else they'd be booked in ballrooms and theaters. Axl will always be the brunt of jokes because of what he once did, no matter what he is at this point. He's a shell of his former self, but its still good enough to put on good shows in stadiums and arenas.
  15. McCready fucking rips. What a treat it would've been to see that!
  16. That's awesome! I was also at the Boston show and had a great time in the rain. I'm really looking forward to these as well. We go out to LA at least every other year to visit my brother in law and have always wanted to see a show at the Bowl, and now get to see two with my favorite band. Which brewery does your Aunt own?
