Duff recently said that he recorded a Punk song with Izzy, I guess Izzy would be recording more stuff too, Im assuming his album should be out in Mid 2015, but well I hope he tours man, He has released so many albums but he never tours

What the heck does Tobias do? He doesn't seem to have ever been in a band or had a side career? Even Del had at least an attempt at a career, as RIP editor and (failed) horror writer. I am not knocking the guy but Tobias' life is a complete mystery. He goes under two names, 'Huge' or 'Tobias', for reasons that are not really apparent; was allegedly a Lafayette songwriting friend of Axl's; consequentially pops up on Shadow of Your Love and Back off Bitch during GN'R's heyday; seemed to have been a member of Axl's GN'R 1994-2001; then, disappears into obscurity again! Axl's statement on his departure is full of Axlspeak and therefore should not be taken seriously.

All I can find out about the guy is he had a band in the naughties called Mank Rage.

I assume he most prob went back to Indiana, he was never a good guitarist and dint get along with Slash, Del was the clever one, he stuck with Axl and now thats his bread and jam, If Paul had sense then he could have made big $$$ from touring and Axl always supported him, In regards to contributing guitar stuff, he dint do any shit, most of the guitar stuff was done by Robin and Buckethead, he did some writing on TWAT and Prostitute, most prob he sat in the studio from 1997 to 2001 to just set up the equipments and sit and chill with the other members, Matt had said that Paul started to talk crap about Slash that was it for Matt.

Paul being in the studio is not total bullshit. At least it wasn't in around 2006/7. I remember Ron giving an interview (was it with Eddie Trunk) and he mentionend Paul.

Well Richard said that when he joined the band in 2002, most of the parts were already recorded before he joined by Paul, Robin and Buckethead. Ron would have mentioned that even Paul recorded the parts before

In Terms of Guitar parts, Robin and Buckethead contributed a lot more, Paul just helped Axl in writing some parts of some songs, but Axl is the main person who wrote most of it

Back in the day there was a band called Guns N' Roses who rocked the world and released amazing music, Now also there is a band called Guns N' Roses but im a little confused about it, they release no music, its just one original member with other hired members trying to tour again and again with the music which that amazing band made back in the day

It used to matter if an artist owed an album. If an artist failed, they dropped them from the label and either released the tapes or kept the tapes and would sell them back for a ridiculous amount of money. Universal controls the publishing anyway so the back catalog's all in house. I still think the A4D DVD opened the discusssion to new GNR music.

Odds are the remix will be fan club released and people would get their membership buying it. It's better than a laminate.

Frank Ferrer should not have Recorded or Re Recorded drum parts in CD, Brain was in the band for a long time and I assume he was in the band for more than 6 years, so in that period he did record alot of stuff, most of the CD was complete in 2002, IF Ashba joined the band in 2007 then most prob Axl would have made him also Re Record Robin's parts

I guess Paul missed a big opportunity in making big $$$ from touring, I don't think so Axl even meets or talks to Paul, All of that Paul being in the studio and helping is total bullshit, If by chance Axl would see Paul like how he met Duff after a long time, then Axl would talk to him, but I guess Axl doesn't talks to him on a daily basis and they are not the best buddies who hang out all the time, TB said the same thing about Brain that he is still a part of the band and he is "helping" in the studio.

The only way Axl and Slash can Reconcile is by locking both of them in a room alone, everyone is happy in what they are doing, as a fan I want to see them together, but I know it will never happen, yeah If George and John were alive then The Beatles reunion would have more chances than a GNR.

The Conclusion is that Axl is a stubborn person, he keeps small things to his heart and never forgets them, really man he needs to move on in life and see his mistakes also, Slash never talks crap about Axl where as Axl keeps on mocking Slash and keeps on saying shit about Slash, Now people will say Slash also talked crap about Axl before, but well Axl did those things so If i was Slash, then even I would say those things about Axl

I dont know about the 6 Album contract, but Geffen/Universal did put a lot of money on CD in 1997 to 2000, they wanted it to be released in 1999 or 2000, but Axl kept on delaying, so why dint Geffen sue Axl for delaying so much? I guess a Record company tells a band to release an album every 3 or 4 years, I know in some bands this is not the Case like AC/DC released an Album after 7 years

I guess Steven was never the smartest of them all to say it politely (remember Duff's jokes about how they wouldn't take him to the navy?) and after all those years of drug abuse his brain has deteriorated so much he's level is like that of a 10 year old now. Sadly. I like the guy as I like all the original guys but not much is left of him anymore.

If there ever was a reunion I'm afraid Steven wouldn't be a part of it. It would probably kill him so for Steven it's better if reunion never happens. Unless the guys would be considerate enough to take him along with another reliable drummer and let him play a couple of songs while he's capable. But when it comes to the music and business side of things they're not very forgiving so I'm not even sure they would go that far as to take him at all...

As for Izzy, I strongly believe that if the band was to reunite he'd be there immediately. God only really knows for how long but I'm pretty sure he'd be there. So if there was a reunion the lineup would be the original minus Steven I think.

I guess Axl would do something with Matt rather than Steven, but man Steven is really awesome, I saw him playing in Adlers Appetite and he really rocked, He is sober now and he can play very well, so If a reunion happens, which i know it wont, but IF it happens then Steven should be a part of it, I would want to see him playing some songs from the illusions albums like YCBM

I think Axl finally accepted Izzy leaving when he arrived with lawyers demanding $$$ from Axl and the band for money he thought he was owed, Adler did the same, took the band to court. Once these guys started being successful, it became less about a gang of dudes having fun playing music in clubs and then into stadiums and then it became all about the $$$, they all felt they were entitled to a slice of the pie, bigger slice in there drug addled brains.

I do agree with you, when they became big, the communications were through lawyers and managers, Doug Goldstein was a snake in the sleeve who kept on filling crap in Axl's mind, it had nothing to do with Izzy, but im just telling u generally, I dont know if u have seen Goldstein's letter to Axl asking for forgiveness, it was all about the $$$$$

It doesnt matters who sold how many records, Metallica has some good songs, but im not a die hard fan of them, the thing about Metallica is that they function and make music like a band unlike Axl's band where he or TB makes all the decisions that when to tour or when to record or when to release an album etc etc, you cant compare them both, if ur saying Guns N Roses then in my mind its the Appetite or the illusions line up, now its just Axl's band with hired members who make/release no new music

I think Axl was aware of the rumour judging by his tweets - the one deleted 'Don't cry 4 me Argentina' - I don't know why he deleted it. Actually it was a statement. And then 'desperation is a stinky cologne' - sounds like an accusation against Slash that he's again using the reunion rumours for his benefit.

I agree it was more on Slash than on Axl to call it BS. He didn't and I find it lame. I'm not saying this is the worst crime of Slash's life or that he was obliged to do it or whatever, I don't want to give more weight to it than it deserves.but if I were him I'd be clear about it just to be honest to all my fans. It cost him nothing and was very easy to do. Don't see why not. Unless he really wanted to milk that several more tickets since the place was large

Im sure Axl would have heard all of Slash's Solo Albums, but where did you get the information that Axl liked Ghost or other songs from Slash?

I think Ghost, Crucify the dead, Promise, You're A Lie, Anastasia would have been good GNR songs

Alive from Adlers Appetite has a very close Appetite sound, Axl's vocals would have been perfect on them, even some songs from Back from the dead by Adler had a GNR sound to them

I would see Brain rather than Frank Ferrer, I guess its in their agreement not to talk crap about Axl or the Management after they leave and none of them gave a proper reason of leaving the band, When brain left, Frank replaced him and re recorded his parts and the management was like Brain is still a part of the band and he is "Working" in the studio

The Conclusion is that Axl is a pain in the ass to work with, Buckethead is a creepy person but he is very talented, his style is different and I guess he dint have the freedom in Axl's Band
