While Arctic Monkeys' set on the Friday is being shown on BBC2, GNR's performance is being shown live on fucking BBC1 - you couldn't get any bigger exposure in the UK - there will be literally millions of people watching this.
Going to be funny seeing unaware parts of the country's reaction when they come out to Its So Easy!
It’s the other way around. Arctic Monkeys are on BBCOne 10:30pm-12:00am Friday and Guns N’ Roses are on BBCTwo 10:00pm - 02:00am Saturday.

How has adding longer hair on to him de-aged him?!
You could say he’s… better than the old one.

Axl is a beast. Great show.

100% and it would sound powerful and awesome
Nah it would be a shame and disappointing. I’d rather him attempt to sing it correctly and struggle than just give up and tune down.

Yeah, Glastonbury released the set times last week on their website.
Maybe a bit of overrun, but probably not by much given how late it finishes anyway. Not sure how Glastonbury manage the late finish actually as no other festivals can.
I'd say it will be a set firmly focussed on the bigger songs only, with a possible guest appearance from Angus Young for 'Back In Black'.
SATURDAY
GUNS N' ROSES 21:30 - 23:45
LIZZO 19:30 - 20:30
LEWIS CAPALDI 17:35 - 18:35
AITCH 16:00 - 17:00
AMADOU & MARIAM 14:30 - 15:30
RAYE 13:15 - 14:00
RICK ASTLEY 12:00 - 12:45
To be fair, Back in Black would be awesome. I just watched Nice Boys from this show and Axl was in full AC/DC mode on that one, although I doubt most of that crowd will even know who Angus Young is. The last time I watched anything to do with Glastonbury was when Metallica headlined 9 years ago and their shows are usually about 2 hours anyway. Hopefully they stretch it as far as they can as even a heavily stripped down set is well over 2 hours.

They have just over 2 hours stage time at Glastonbury, so, assuming they stick to that, the set is going to be cut down quite significantly.
Seriously? Is that set in stone?

Best first show of a tour Axl has sounded in years. Looks promising to me. If we get a full proshot of Glastonbury with this mega-setlist and Axl sounding this good or better it’ll be a special thing. Even You Could Be Mine is sounding solid.

I don’t know why this is discussed before every new tour or tour leg after a long break. You should know the score by now, unless Axl is preparing for something “new” like AC/DC or the first leg of the reunion he doesn’t give a fuck. He turns up unprepared and rusty as fuck. That’s why it takes him about a month to sound decent, especially considering they’re only playing about 2-3 shows a week. It’s a shame but it is what it is.
With that being said, his performance at the last show compared to the first is like night and day and I expect he will have improved even more tonight in Vegas.
He’s probably about 5 shows off from being ready to perform Hardskool though so I’m not getting my hopes up for that yet.

I’m trying to find the tracklist for the unreleased GN’R “The Very Best of” 2 disc set that was unreleased circa 2006. Someone posted the artwork and songs on here years ago and I had it saved for ages but I lost it and can’t seem to find it anywhere. Can anyone help me and please post the order of songs? The only thing I’ve got saved is the front cover artwork which is the red Chinese design that states “GN’R: Welcome to the Jungle - The Very Best of Guns N’ Roses” You know the one I mean. It had Black Leather and Locomotive in it.

Ken Tamplin is actually one of the best vocal coaches out there and he’s a very talented singer. I bought his course a few years back (which wasn’t cheap) and his teaching method is legit.
He is, however, a nutcase.
After I purchased his course, I spoke with him a few times via Facebook as I made my way through it. He was very helpful and informative.
On his personal Facebook account, I noticed that he posted a lot of crazy shit (most of it was religious jargon, which I ignored.) Until, he started posting anti-vaccine propaganda.
I called him out on it and argued with him back and forth for a while how ridiculous and unfounded his views were.
He blocked me.
Lol.
Fun fact: (At least, I assume it’s a fact.) He’s also Sammy Hagar’s cousin. Which he often likes to remind his viewers of.

How's the gig? Great? Good? Average? Need some fuckin patience or I'm knockin on heavens door?
Brilliant. But according to some, because he was off key on a song he hasn't sang for 7 months he's now old and can't hit shit.

Axl can't reach AC/DC notes anymore. Like to hear everybody says his voice is perfectly fine now.
Talk about an out of context observation.

Edit: It appears they took it down. Those fuckers lol
They are absolutely jonesin' for sales and yet they still never utilize the star power of the band. I mean, when Metallica released their overpriced (albeit, not as overpriced as this) reissues of Kill 'Em All, Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppets, they had the actual band members do the unboxing.
Guns seem to be completely against mainstream press or any media promotion whatsoever. I don't particularly care how much money they make, and I'm sure they make enough money anyway. But, doesn't it make sense to make a couple of prime time chat show appearances or at least a radio interview or something? They'd reach a far wider audience.
Imagine if Axl went on the Joe Rogan podcast? Probably double their sales. At least use someone else other than this Del James lookalike.

Any videos of This I Love yet? I suspect it was probably the best of this leg in terms of vocals. Be interesting to hear it.

If they'd played Shadow Of Your Love in April 2016, this is pretty much exactly what I think it would've sounded like:
Hope Axl keeps getting better.
Nah, it would've been even faster as Frank was playing double time for the most part of 2016 for some reason haha. But yes, I agree if you're referring to Axl. He sounds fucking amazing here.
He will get better. I mean, this is good anyway but the shows will gradually improve. Looking forward to a brutal, full on version of Slither. If he chooses to sing it that way that is. No doubt he's fully capable but he's not exactly surrounded by people who are gonna give him some constructive criticism.

Excellent Coma. Especially the outro. Axl overall tonight seems that he's got way more control over his voice. The high notes aren't escaping him and causing him to crack. Solid performance.

Damn! Raspy Better, raspy Rocket Queen... Why isn't this show pro shot again? Typical.
