  1. I don't think of it as much of a mistery. Robin didn't got a credit (unlike Brain). I'll take that as lazy editing.
  2. Pitman was the only one who got booted. DJ, Tommy and Bumble all left on their own.
  3. The reunion was limited to a couple of shows. Which means that Axl would have continued NuGN'R afterwards. However, plans changed and they booked another tour (money talks).
  4. They will feature both Charlie Watts and their current drummer Steve Jordan on the new album which is great. I'm thrilled about McCartney and Wyman. Lady Gaga will appear on one of the tracks.
  5. How can you be so sure about that? We don't know if Slash loves or hates to play those songs. You are probably just making assumptions based on your own mind. Slash would never play CD songs at a SMKC gig (he wont even play NR or Estranged for that matter - Axl's songs) but he seems to enjoy them in the context of GN'R.
  6. I'm sick & tired of cover Songs (in a studio setting) tbh. I would only accept an EP as a Bonus to the actual album
  7. They have their own label to my knowledge (GN'R records or something like that) ans Geffen does the marketing / distribution. I wonder if Axl still owns Black Frog.
  8. Slash mentioned six songs from the CD sessions. This would be the most realistic release plan for me: Hard Skool / Absurd (2021) Perhaps / The General (2023) Atlas Shrugged (?) / Oklahoma (?) (202x) New album (202x)
  9. Interesting. He wanted to use some of his ideas for his own solo albums in the past. The GN'R Camp prevented him from doing so.
  10. Well, I have to agree with him somehow. He worked with Axl on new material and he probably wanted to play it live. Slash and Duff returned and "plans changed" (like always, lol)
  11. Fernando is probably rolling on the floor right now because some Fans actually believe this rumour. FYI, it's 2023. Streaming is more Important than ever.
  12. I love Phil's playing (he really is the best drummer for AC/DC) but Simon and Chris are great in their own right. So, I won't get mad if Simon shows up to perform at the Power Trip festival. As for the future, Angus could divide AC/DC into a studio band and a live band. The studio band would include all members from the ROB line-up while the live band would have a different drummer or bassist.
  13. Slash could write/record for GN'R on the road before joining them in the studio.
  14. Izzy could have a role similar to Brain"s. He could do something for them in the studio. Either songwriting or recording (or both). Richard could still be a member because he handles the touring routine much better than Iz nowadays (I think he had to recover for a whole month after the tour in 2006).
  15. He had a fallout with Duff at the rehearsals and he would constantly make "noise" with his synthesizers. They got into a fist fight after the tweets. Duff won, Pitman was out.
  16. There is a similar case with L.A. Guns. Adam Hamilton is their studio drummer and Shawn Duncan is their live drummer.
  17. Axl uses musicians when he needs them. He added Caram on the keys for example. That doesnt mean Melissa's role was reduced. He just felt that Caram was more suitable for the track. Same scenario with Brain.
  18. UYI had lots of epic songs without Izzy's songwriting. November Rain, Breakdown and Estranged for example. I would say those sound very much like GnR
  19. Pitman added a lot of useful layers in the studio. He was just useless in a live setting.
  20. They could have released a couple of "traditional" Guns albums to give Axl the time he needs.
