  2. It's Slash, not his management. Slash has had different managers through the years and he's been the same. Axl has also had different managers and he has been the same, too.
  3. Matt would probably love to reform VR, because it was the one band that he felt as "his" band. I don't think Slash and Duff would have any interest in it again, though. Especially Slash. The reason VR didn't continue with another singer was because Slash didn't want to continue that band.
  4. Eric Carmen has passed away https://www.cleveland.com/entertainment/2024/03/cleveland-native-eric-carmen-who-had-hits-with-raspberries-and-as-solo-artist-dies-at-age-74.html I wonder if Axl tweets something, since he's been a big fan (and played Everything by Eric Carmen as an intro to November Rain in 1993)
  5. I guess her attorneys want to show the court that they made every effort to serve the lawsuit, so that the court, instead of dismissing it (in case of no service), will grant more time to serve it, and then Axl's lawyers will accept service.
  6. It's definitely a strategy by his attorneys. I suppose it's an option for potential dismissal and they want to have all the available options. It's just a technicality, because it's not that Axl is hiding from the case since he has filed an answer (but it is stated in the answer that the summons has not been served properly).
  7. Yes, and the same happened in other cases I have seen. From what I understand, this is common practice (and so the timing of the service is kind of in the discretion of the defendant). It seems like Kennedy's lawyers have gone about it "aggressively" by trying to serve Axl by affixing the documents at the door, etc. Unless they had no word about the attorneys Axl would be represented by or in general, and then saw in Axl's answer that failure of proper service may be used to get the suit dismissed.
  8. From what I've read, I don't think so. There was an example of someone doing that posted a few pages back, and eventually the court just considered him served.
  9. The deadline to serve in NY is 120 days from the day the summons is filed, so it's getting close (and if the plaintiff fails to serve during that time, the lawsuit may be dismissed).
  10. They now went to Axl's business address and to the business manager of the GN'R entities. Not sure he's served though, since it says "attempt of service". https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/fbem/DocumentDisplayServlet?documentId=UPYNdGGKn/7BXqjBEDhBVw==&system=prod (Another link from the court site, because yours doesn't open for me and possibly for others outside the U.S.)
  11. I see. It looks like the user on Reddit got them from here, though, because they were posted there later. Edit: The user on Reddit said they found them on twitter, but I guess the twitter account got them from somewhere else. "Mystery" solved: they were shared by the same person the photos in the OP of this thread were originally shared by (the person who knew the family. They say they shared these new ones in private, though, and they shouldn't have been shared in public.
  12. It was a few pages back. You can read it here: https://www.a-4-d.com/t8178-2023-12-20-the-moment-with-brian-koppelman-interview-with-duff#34365
  13. I have explained my reasoning a little above on this page: In other words, the fact that Duff's recent answers are less vague than before (he has even mentioned a song by name) means that there's something a bit more concrete compared to before. However, that doesn't mean that it will materialize - it's still too far from that.
  14. They are from the hidden playlist of the youtube pre-generated videos (the videos are apparently pre-uploaded): https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_nKfDzERB8PpCvq1vHZSk0Lkn58RhDTK1A
  15. It's not as vague as ever compared to how Duff has answered this kind of questions before, e.g. "But the fun part and the cool part about Guns N' Roses is we don't really talk about it, and what happens next just happens. It's never been that band that there's a direct schedule of how we do things.", "It's the logical thing to do", "(paraphrasing) In typical GN'R fashion I'll keep the mystique, when it happens, it happens", etc. Obviously the answer is not "nothing is happening", since Duff said "there's things that have happened and more things to happen."
  16. We know that some new stuff has been written. Duff has even mentioned one song he has written by name. There's also what Tom Mayhue said, and, although anything not coming from the band members or people really close to the band should be taken with a big grain of salt, Sp1at's sources in the Slash camp. So there was likely more written before Duff's "Amen" song (which was written during the last leg of the 2023 tour). Of course coming up with ideas and even making demos is very far away from Axl working on them and new music being recorded and released.
  17. Although the profile of that twitter account claiming to be an engineer is not that of a typical troll, there's no way that he's not a fake insider case. According to his profile, he's based in St. Louis and doesn't look to be an engineer, not to mention that his first name doesn't match with any of the engineers listed in the credits for Killing Floor (who would also be the engineers in the whole album). He also seems to be making up stuff as it goes (what he told you about Teddy replacing Axl's parts is typical "plans changed" fake insider trolling). Metal Chesnut is confirmed to be a 3 minute long instrumental. It makes no sense that Axl would be on that.
  18. He has talked about touring in the fall previously, but he mentioned the UK specifically in an interview that was released today (I have posted it in the new album thread, because he was asked the "new GN'R album" question).
  19. Duff will be touring in the fall. He said he will play in the UK in October.
  20. Looks like Slash is performing the Barbie song with Ryan Gosling
