Hey guys, im seeing Steven Adler tonight and was wondering if he hangs out amongst the regular members of the crowd (non VIP) after or before the show?

I'm bringing my Hatch print from the 2016 Nashville shows to potentially get him to sign it... I have no VIP access or anything, so I'm hoping he comes off stage and chills with the crowd after the show.

Any help or knowledge will be greatly appreciated... Mods, feel free to move to this a more appropriate thread (hopefully after 8pm central time)

    Cheers!

KeyserSoze, were you able to get Steve's autograph? If so, did you manage before or after the show? Any tips for me? I'm going to a small bar to see him and want to get my drum stick signed!

  2. My head is spinning, and I feel quite ill. I'm so so so grateful that despite the vague, misleading, clickbaity headlines/articles, at least all agree that the wound is not life-threatening and he will be ok. I love Steven with all my heart, and I couldn't stand for anything to happen to him.

TMZ has an update that his rep said it was a minor, superficial accidental wound, and that he will perform on 12 July. https://www.tmz.com/2019/06/27/guns-n-roses-steven-adler-drummer-stab-himself-hospital/   On the one hand, I find that very encouraging; on the other, I'm freaking out bc I'd rather he rested, healed, and didn't push himself.

I really hope the references to suicide are just tabloids being tabloids. I'm so worried because Steven has attempted suicide before. This is particularly heartbreaking as he was doing so well of late. What is even more upsetting is that rather than showing a little compassion, some fans are using this against him to call him a liability and justify the decision to keep him out of the tour. There are things in this world more important than money.

This news gave me whiplash. Poor guy.

We all love you Steven! So happy you are on the mend!

Steven seems like he's maybe a foodie? I say this because he often references diners out, sushi, and specifically he speaks frequently about his vegan meal club that includes John 5. These days everyone takes the Kitchn Knife 101 course and feels empowered to show off with large incredibly sharp knives. Like, don't go spatchcocking a chicken before you are very in tune with your knives and the angle that they bounce back at. Just throwing that into the speculations.

Thanks so much for throwing this into the speculations. I feel ill right now, and your comment has really helped and comforted me more than I can say.

    GNR.FM

A quick search tell us that Universal Music created that webpage... And all links are official.

    Thoughts?

Also a member of the Facebook group fanspot posted this billboard that was put in in Camden, London

  5. Hi Marc

Do you think there is any chance that there could be one show celebrating Appetite 30 which includes Steven and Izzy this month? Is there any hope that the Sirius show in Apollo Theater, New York one day before AFD 30 (20 July) could be this show? Or would it more likely be in LA?

If this is information you cannot share, I understand, but if you could give us the slightest hint, it would be much appreciated!

I am so willing to travel for such a show, but I need to work out my schedule!!

    Thanks a ton!

Give TM a call! They close for the night in 20 minutes.

They will cancel your paper ticket and send you an electronic ticket.

I agree. The top ticket price should have been $150 plus fees.

Van Halen charged $150 plus fees for their reunion tour and sold out arenas nationwide.

Thanks so much!! I did give ticketmaster a call and they were willing to exchange it to Pit 1, but they said no electronic ticket for the Pit. So at 6:30 instead of heading in, i would have to line up at box office to get tickets. I figured I'd rather be at the front of pit 2 than at the back of pit 1. I do feel really cheated cuz i also spent on Nightrain which came to nothing - they didnt even send me my tee. They didnt give me Slash and they didnt give me Izzy - if Izzy was on rhythm i would have never tried to change  from pit 2 cuz there's no difference between him and Slash. If only Izzy would turn up tom and give us a surprise!

Hopefully, Duff will be in front of me.  I dont want to be stuck in front of that fake guitarist and drummer.

Thanks again for your advice and quick reply! I really appreciate it!

It is possible, be nice to them.

They control the legacy in this, but I called once and they were awesome with me.

Their fees suck bad though which is the biggest issue I have

Thanks so much! I didnt realize there was a change fee! duh! How much is it?

I haven't been to any of the shows, but the GA pits are quite small, so you'll be standing very close to the stage even if you're at the very back of the area.

From what I've seen in pictures coming in before the show, the GA pit seems to be the first area to start filling up though.

    Thanks a lot, Spirit!
