As a Dutchman I can tell you that it's a deceiving name  From what I've heard they have some A+ class strains. So I'm guessing you're Canadian then?

I worked in a Coffeeshop in the south of the Netherlands for 3 years, and we always had guests from all over the world. We had Canadian regulars who hooked me up with legal weed from both the US and Canada. Maaaaan that was something different.

I'm not saying our weed is bad, but Canada has it all done better. Both in quality and laws and regulations.

So it shouldn't be called the Good Organic Dutchman imho, that's giving us way too much credit

Haha, yes from Canada. But Ive always heard good things about your weed too. IIRC people I know who visited your coffee shops, before we had legal weed, appreciated your hash. Because it was always sketchy to buy hash from gangs - who knew what they'd mixed into it. Ive enjoyed many Dutch strains that are grown too.

But yeah, we do have some really good stuff here!! And the quality and regulations are awesome! I have an 80% THC 'live rosin.' Its like a knocked up hash that uses no chemicals to extract the potent "terpenes." And i know the growing methods, harvesting methods, etc. I love it! All that useless plant matter is removed.

I think that one reason that we have good weed has to do with our history with the USA. In Canada during the late 60's we received 1000's of young US men who traveled here to avoid the Vietnam Draft. Many lived on previously established hippie communes. Our Liberal govt was supportive of these Yanks decision and turned a blind eye to it all (later giving them all amnesty). It was under this distancing of the State that these communes started growing vast amounts of weed. And the rest is history!

Most people refer to The Good Organic Dutchman in the short form of "T-God" such is your reputation and such is the brands quality!:headbang:

    So be more clear.

Right, because your vapid inability to respond to my post should compel me to waste more time engaging you and your idiotic canned talking point.

(and now, given the childish way your lot sees political debate, youll make an ego appeal that I havent responded and youve therefore proven your stupid point. See this post^^)

They were fat long before Trump became President and long before Corona virus hit.  People have been warned for years about the obesity problem in this country but nobody listened.  Now it's Trump's fault?

That doesnt speak to what I posted.

Obesity is one of the leading risk factors among covid deaths.  Others include age and pre existing conditions such as cancer or heart disease.  Cancer and heart disease are also linked to obesity so looks to me obesity is a leading cause of death when contracting covid.  I'm not grasping at straws.  Look at the data.  Around 40% of the US is obese.  Is it Trump's fault there's so many fat people dying from this?

Yes, because the measures taken should be reflective of the needs of the US population.

the biggest problem here is of course hypocrisy. fred perry doesn't really want to stop sell these polo's -  it loses him money. He is "forced" by the circumstances, and he "fakes" that it is all because of his values: it isn't: it's because of pressure by society.

furthermore, if he really is sincere he should just close his company altogether, since it will forever be linked to proud boys. How far will he be willing to  suffer financial losses for his supposed "ideals"? Again, what a farcical charade.

there should be a company who goes "so what, surely its not my fault my product is used by neo nazis", but no. these companies just don't have any backbone. I hope he gets bankrupt for this idiocy.

companies, I have learned, have values which they stand for.

you heard it right: not only do companies sell fashion to make profit, they want to express certain values too while they are getting in your pockets.

fred perry now stops selling his product, a yellow/ black polo, because apparently it is worn by the neo nazis of proud boys. the company of fred perry  doesn't "support" extreme right ideals since these do not comply with the ideals of the company.

so their ideal to make money, the core value of any company, is of lesser value than their value of expressing leftist ideals. that'll be a lot less cash for the coming financial year, lol.

imagine having to stop selling your product because it happens to be used by neo nazis., "pretending" that it doesn't comply with your values. the company needs to fake wokism to respond to criticism, it needs to lie, in order to make less money. My god, you needs to be crazy to start any company these days. Soon, we'll all have to walk around naked since there won't be clothes companies left.

One of the main flaws in your post is the bizarre assertion that only leftist oppose “neo nazis”

the other flaw - which you seem to get correct, and then suddenly pivot to an incorrect position is that, yes, a company has its values and is free to want to exclude and distance itself from right wing scum.

I bought seeds for my 5 legal plants which have been doing well. But that was because they closed our "Coffeeshops" early on, and I prefer a spliff over a drink

Nice. I share that same preference. Here, our legal weed is sold in stores but a lot of it is sold from the online store run by the province. So the pandemic has made them waive delivery fees and encourage producers to reduce prices (because of economic uncertainty and low employment). This will ensure that the black market doesnt fill the need for cheaper weed.

So Im getting all the best stuff for dirt cheap :headbang:In fact it worth mentioning, I get the premium brand The Good Organic Dutchman.

He probably made it.  He's an engineer.  That's the crusher.  The juicer is different.

We are done!  Caleb ordered way too much mulch and instead of a thin layer it's over filled.  But he likes it.  I think the rock may be on a long delay.  It's dyed mulch so it's going to look dried out after a while.  We finished in the dark.  I will get you a picture later.  Caleb and I work well together.  As much as one can not be freaked out by working alone with your girlfriend's mom, I think he appreciated my help.

The garden people are making me nuts.  Leslie started it by wanting to use the construction bulldozer to make more pantry beds.  Then Joe chimes in with a fucking long ass email with links to a project we should consider that he should be presenting to our education and community outreach group.  Mentioned he had a long conversation with Alex over the changes coming to what we do in the gardens.  (After we've told everybody not to talk to him.)  We're all tripping over each other not knowing what the other is doing.

Not really feeling so great myself but don't have the time to stop.  It's that change in weather and less light thing.  We are getting way colder over the weekend.  I already wussed out and turned on my heat.

Very cool that he made those!

It looks great! Perfect layout and design! I like the darker mulch look. Im glad it went so smoothly working together. He looks too old for your daughter. Maybe she want someone younger....:)

You MGs should be a sitcom, but maybe a comic strip!

The heater worked once and wouldn't go again.  Fuck!

See the pictures?  The lions came from his grandma's house.  Pretty good for finishing up in the dark.  They'll fill in with annual plants next spring.

Sucks about your heater... wuss :lol:j/k. how soon can Craig look at it?

    That lion statue is cool!

Thanks for the pics - looking stellar!

@ZoSoRose mentioning growing cucumbers has given me the inspiration to make some crinkle cut bread and butter pickles! :headbang:

    Maths is now racist,

To have the apparently-mostly- white-teachers that this school has hired become more inclusive of all the other cultures, they should have our Prime Minstrel teach them the lyrics to the one song he ALSO once dressed up in black face to perform at a talent show,

”come me tally man and tally me bananas / day light come and me wanna go home”

Okay, not enough hours in the day.  Change of plans.  Went to Paul's to cut up the apples.  We didn't have to cut!  Just threw them in the grinder and they were mush.  Tomorrow they are going to press them into juice but I'm going to mom's.

Soon, I'm send you some planter pictures.  Can't remember if I did that last night.

Taking my coleus cuttings now and then back to the kids for mulching.

Those apple juicing machines look so cool! Did he make those?! Makes easy work.

Thanks for sending the planter pics - you hadn’t yet. Looking really sharp! I like the design. They have a nice place, too.

Im still sick and I can’t even remember if I went to the garden on my walk! Oh dear!

    Have fun!!

Candidate A wants to lower my taxes but only paid $750 in taxes himself.  Candidate B wants to raise my taxes and paid hundreds of thousands in taxes himself.  I can't decide who to vote for!  On a side note when candidate A was president my 401k increased four times over in under four years.  When candidate B was vice president my 401k made between 1% and 4% every year for eight years.  Who should I vote for?  I really love my job but I'd like to retire before I die and be comfortable financially.

I hear motorboats have proven to be a sound investment for MAGAs.

We found a great house to rent and are moving next month, very much looking forward to gardening next year!

Very cool! Have you had the chance to already think what you might wanna grow?

  13. Well said. This is why they shouldnt over think it and be so scared of releasing something new. Just give us that GNR that is so universally loved :headbang:

And, indeed, folks are often taken aback that I - a hippy, punk, whatever - am a huge fan. But then they are always fans as well.

Huh, maybe one of the few cultural touchstones that unites the masses still

Yeah the comic version of Maul getting killed is from the old continuity that’s now called the “Legends” universe.

i used to not like Rebels but it’s grown on me a lot recently (I’ve been catching up on it as well)! I might even like it better than The Clone Wars now!

Nice! Im enjoying Rebels so much more than I did at first glance too (Which seems like ages ago already to me, somehow). Im not sure which of the two series is my current fav. I dont tend to watch animated shows that arent Star Wars for whatever reason. I think Rebels animation - though perhaps not as celebrated as Clone Wars - is easier for me to get into, if that makes any sense.

Oh, thanks for info! I think I should just stop reading anything that's not canon, until I get a handle of the canon. I get myself all confused! lol

Maul died after killing Oskar Schindler at the end of Phantom Menace. I don't want to see him with robot legs walking around in nerd stuff.

I didnt think Trek fans were allowed to refer to Star Wars as "Nerd stuff." :P

But yeah, as mentioned already, the Maul story line is quite rich and VERY Star Wars. GL was a big part of Clone Wars.

I googled this and I happily found this issue is not as severe as you make it seem ().

It is a big problem with people who get their news from Facebook and twitter, though.

Once again youve missed the point ()

Im not intersted in your confused thoughts at all. The confused logic that has you use google to to verify how good google is.

I certaily cant be held accountable for your presumptions on how serious I think it is, either. Get a fucking clue, please.
