I don't see what's so sad about it tbh, I just looked at the pic now. didn't know Axl was holding shit with both hands.

You know what I found It sad? Because Slash AND Duff are out promoting their art, good or bad, It doesn't matter, but they are out with their family AND everything, I know I'm just projecting, but I wish him well AND I wish he would be doing  what he do so great, instead he Is with that grifter, Alone AND in reclusion. For me that Is sad

She said the filmmakers Sophie Cunningham and Ben Steele fought hard to keep her part in the film. I'm guessing the BBC had the final say and pulled the interview to avoid lawsuits, possibly after being contacted by Axl's lawyers and/or on the advise of their own lawyers.

The New York Adult Survivors Act does not apply to Michelle's case. She could have filed a lawsuit under California's Child Victims Act, which provided a three-year "lookback window" allowing childhood sexual assault survivors to file a lawsuit no matter how long ago the abuse occured, but the window expired at the end of 2022.

And you can Guess why BBC didn't want to go ahead? And if Axl filed a lawsuit what a great opportunity for her to get her Time in court, don't you think?

And in California was a law similar to New York, like you said expired in 2022, why didn't she sued?

It's perfectly normal to tell a story and share more details later. It's also perfectly normal that there might be holes in the story or unanswered questions when a person in their 40s or 50s is looking back to a traumatic event that occured more than 30 years ago when she was 15. Experts would tell you that it's normal even when the traumatic event is recent. Read about it here https://time.com/3625414/rape-trauma-brain-memory/  and here https://www.justice.gc.ca/eng/rp-pr/jr/trauma/p4.html

I'm not seeing anything at all that would allow any rational and well-informed person to conclude that the accusations against Axl are false. All I'm seeing is fans incapable of being objective and even deliberately distorting what the victims and other people have said.

She said that Axl lawyers bloke her. How they can block her? Under what circumstances? That group that Is behind this, obviously Is backing Sheila story, hence the lawsuit, but why she didn't file a lawsuit? She has until 31 of december of 2023 to file one. She said she has not proof, no pictures, no medical récords, no police récords, but Sheila doesn't have either.

I think he did a good job. However - while I agree that breath control is key here it shouldn’t be forgotten that Kerns only sang lead on THREE songs so had plenty of gas in the tank.

I’m pretty sure if Axl was to have a go early on in a gig he could do absolutely fine.

One thing that was missing from Kerns (and probably from Axl if he did it) is the palpable anger that the original has. Obviously it’s a 30 year old song etc however it’s quite telling how different it sounds ‘speaking/singing’ it like Kerns - it didn’t have the bite and rage.

Exactly, Kerns tries to be menacing...ouch. I bet Is the reason Axl Is not singing It. The delivery must be fill with rage. Well at least Is not Myles who sings

I thank this topic for making me revisit that era and some of the performances but then I'm left thinking, WTF - this shouldn't even be a question....one day far away from now they'll be a proshot of this magical collaboration and the world will see (I luckily saw it live in person and still in my top 10 gigs! Slash was a few meters in front, also loving it!)

When we watch something like this and see the kinda venom coming outta of the man and the attack and vigour, you see a man truly going for it...it really must of taken a lot of effort from Ax to bring it like this....but even then WOW..forget 2010, this is the closest in performance, voice and charisma we ever got to the 90s!

Unreal. The ending still gives me goosebumps! 🤘🤘🤘

That Is awesome. I recommend  Thunderstruck from Sevilla. It was increíble, Is like 2 voices in one
