Anyone who was there know how David Coverdale's vocals were is comparison? He must be getting on these days??
No sure about last night, but I saw them in the summer, was a great show and I really enjoyed their set. Some screams were helped by backing vocals.

Kiss, Lynryd Skynryd, Greta Van Fleet, P!nk and Elton John. More to be added once they get announced, (Slash, Iron Maiden)

Fantastic Band, not a huge fan of TLH although it isn't a bad album by any means. Can't wait for their next tour

I don't suspect many changes to the upcoming leg, but the inclusion/returning of Slither, OTGM, My Michelle, SOYL, Rosie, maddy and Prostitute would be wonderful to see
-
Can't wait for the NA tour to be announced. Missed slash the last time he came through and don't intend on missing him this time. It is rumored to be summer of next year right?

My guess is January/February. US tours are typically announced about 4 months before the first gig.
And it will never happen - Maiden doesn’t do co-headline tours. And I’d guess the Scorpions are too big to open a full tour.
Maiden, co headlined with Sabbath in early 2000s and Scorps are opening for Def Leppard in November in their Australian tour. Plus their set has dropped to about 1.5 hours with the encore so it isn’t a far cry for an 1 hr special guest spot.

I'd take a Iron Maiden and Scorpions Co-headlining tour, it would be a dream come true; If I was able to go to Rio those 2 alone would have sold me tickets in a heartbeat

Haven't had a chance to listen to the whole album just 1-4 + driving rain, this far, My Antidote and Call of the Wild sit at the top for me
-
Glad to see he added by the sword to the set, wish he had a VR or Snakepit song in the set but this set rocks as it is
-
Got Myles Kennedy and Greta Van Fleet tickets, possibly Michael Schenker havnt decided yet
-
MYM has grown on me despite not liking at first, My Antidote sounds wonderful, I think i like it more than i like driving rain at the start both songs are great imo

I honestly think both Guns and Slash should start using rocket queen as a way to incorporate teases of other songs in the middle of it instead of long solos make it 10 mins or so total with a few mins of snippets would make for an interesting change and remove clogging of some covers from the set in guns case

First deviation in the set, You're a lie after wicked stone, I was hoping he would spread out the new songs. Although the show is still young

None of them have been played so far - it's nearly all SMKC.
Setlist can be found here: https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/slash-feat-myles-kennedy-and-the-conspirators/2018/whisky-a-go-go-west-hollywood-ca-3e9a55f.htmlI've been following it, honestly he has enough solo material to do a full set without GNR, VR and Snakepit, those 4 are the ones i'd prefer to see. but anything more is 100% ok with me in the end, absolutely love Myles on Civil War and Todd on Out Ta Get me.

RQ is in the set.
It's the only GNR cover after 16 songs. A typical set is 21ish songs for SMKC so likely, 1 maybe 2 more max.I'd be 100% fine with only RQ, if it means we get Beggars and Hangers-On, Fall to pieces and Slither
-
For me I'd prefer to see, Rocket Queen, Civil War and Out Ta Get Me, with Fall to pieces and Slither from VR. As well as Beggars and Hangers-On from Snakepit, the rest should all be from SMKC

Powerslave

Maddy and Prostitute are in my top 10-15 GNR Songs more often than not in the top 10. Amazing song, love the final chorus off the interlude

2 great albums with a fair bit of filler, however the quality of the material which is good, is exceptional. Look and UYI I, Coma, November Rain, Don't Cry Dead horse are amazing songs, even if there are a few weaker songs many bands would kill for standout tracks like that. As for UYI II, Civil War, Locomotive, You Could Be Mine, Estranged, Yesterdays, Don't Cry. These more than make up for My World or Get in The Ring
-
Never Fade has really grown on me, one of my favourite AIC songs. The album closer is also one that has me hooked lately
-
Totally forgot I made this thread...
- Civil War
- Right Next Door To Hell
- You Could Be Mine
- Dead Horse
- Coma
- Don't Cry
- Estranged
- Live and Let Die
- Double Talkin Jive
- Yesterdays
- Knocking on Heaven's Door
- Perfect Crime
- Locomotive
- November Rain
tried to keep it at 80 mins, but got to 81 mins, would add So Fine in as the 15th, haven't really gotten into breakdown or pretty tied up which are the others id consider

Saw Alice Cooper, he still kicks ass live show was amazing, hit filled and outright amazing theatrics.
