Someone's trolling Setlist.fm it seems
Always, Iron Maiden's latest tour had Alexander the Great edited in numerous times the first night

It is a toss up between Rocket Queen, Coma, Locomotive, Civil War, and Estranged.
Estranged was the first the came to mind, but I think Civil War might be the one I'd choose if pressured.

My personal order:
5. PTU4. You Could Be Mine
---
3. Civil War
2. Estranged
1. Locomotive
Top 3 could really be in any order.

I picked Don't Cry, because it is the shortest and I prefer the version on UYI II

Porcupine Tree - Of The New Day

Could we extend the rounds to 48 hours? It would allow for more votes as I'm sure other people are in the same boat of not being online every day.

Listening to the new Scorpions album and it is phenomenal my only issue is that they change the tracklist for the Vinyl from the CD just the order, it baffles me when bands do that like just use the same tracklisting and if you are so attached to the other order split across another Vinyl and add the bonus tracks.

Why do you rate PC and WTTJ so low? Is it because they're "overplayed"?
PC honestly never has been the song for me. Jungle is partially because it is overplayed, I frankly would put Jungle through Brownstone/Out Ta Get Me on a similar playing field. That being said I'd rate everything after PC a 9/10 or higher
-
My personal order
Round 1 - Anything Goes
Round 2 - You're Crazy
Round 3 - Paradise City
Round 4 - Welcome To The Jungle
Round 5 -Think About You
Round 6 - My Michelle
Round 7 - Mr. Brownstone
Round 8 - Out Ta Get Me
Round 9 - Sweet Child O Mine
Round 10 - Nightrain
Round 11 - It's So Easy
Round 12 - Rocket Queen -
Jungle
-
PC, although Brownstone or Jungle are fairly close on my list to go.
-
You're Crazy, although if this included the Lies version my vote would be different

Album arrived in the mail today, gave it a spin. My initial top 3 are: River Is Rising (Had heard it once prior to this spin), Fill My World and Fall Back to Earth. I think it is in the bottom of the catalog overall but I know I'll have to do a couple more listens. That being said it was nice to have a relatively short album, so many albums are too long now a days.

Current List:
- March: Bruce Dickinson - Spoken Word
- August: Def Leppard, Motley Crue, Poison, Joan Jett
- September: Roger Waters
Considered Purchases:
- April: Alice Cooper
- April: ZZ Top and Cheap Trick
- May: Opeth
- May: Symphony X
- September: Iron Maiden
- October: Foo Fighters
- October: Elton John
Might get another Def Lep show, as they announced a show closer to home with the rescheduling.

While I'm happy the list for RSD that I'm after is fairly short as that saves me money. What I'm slightly disapointed of is that I just bought a copy of My Arms, Your Hearse online a couple weeks ago and now it is on the record store day list. Although this is one of the Opeth albums I'd be willing to own multiple copies of.

Great album, my favorite of early-ish Floyd
It was pretty good, I listened to Atom Heart Mother today and it wasn't nearly as good. I'd say Meddle is probably close to Dark Side and WYWH to me

Great topic Russ! I know for me personally I fall mostly into the all studio albums approach for completionist, although I do that for CDs more than Vinyl, with Vinyl being the albums I like the most. That being said, those top shelf bands for me like Dream Theater, Priest, Maiden, Scorpions, Queen, Rush, Alter Bridge and Sabbath I've tried to collect all of the studio album on vinyl. Live albums are on a band by band basis.

It's got a few great tracks on it but suffers from some awful production and is one of the weakest full albums in my book. My guess is I picked it up some year when my local shop did their annual 40% off sale, in which case my profit on it was something like 800%
The other Rush album I have that goes for big bucks is Clockwork Angels, but I don't think I can bring myself to part with that one. Maybe Snakes & Arrows though, that's another $100+ record.
I once saw Clockwork Angels for sale for about 70 bucks and thought I'll wait for it to go down a little... never again have I seen it below $100... I'm kicking myself still.

Blackwater Park - Opeth

First attempted purchase on discogs, already being asked to send additional funds because of an error on their part for the postage cost...
-
Wondering what everyones experience is with purchasing via discogs and any tips they have using it. I have several items on my vinyl search list which have been evading me for a long while.

Great album. Best one they've released imo. No idea how he can sing like that at his age.
He is a force of nature.
