Try clearing your Internet cache/cookies or try a different browsers.  Also check for any malware on your computer or mobile as we've received reports that this can block access for some of our users.  

Tried clearing the cookies and cache and tried using chrome and Internet Explorer. No luck. It seems to be only happening when I use my Wifi/IP (I'm using my phone right now, my phones data plan and having no issue) and this only began yesterday no changes have been made to the Wifi.  

There is nothing on our end that is preventing your computer via WiFi from connecting to the forum.  None of the IP addresses your account is associated with are blocked.  We've had a few other users experience this issue and the problem resolved itself after a day or two.  Other than reseting your router, there's not much more I can help you with at present time.  Apologies.
