  1. Received a credit card refund today and I filed a charge back on the original announcement day to "wait another week". TM still shows refund pending. What a shit show.
  2. The uncertainty of current conditions and the horrible refund procedure by TM has resulted in me waiting until show date for the foreseeable future. I'm curious how stadium shows will sell if they actually take place in 2021.

  4. Who knows. Maybe they backed themselves into a corner with the previous email and had to do this? Either way, it's been a pain in the ass. Just cancel the shit and lets move on.

  6. There was another email sent out late last night stating a refund was possible unless you wanted to hang on to your tickets until rescheduled or cancelled.
  7. I logged back on - was able to get the chat going. Person on other side manually did refund. Keeping chat session just in case I need to call back. Man - what a pain.

  10. I was able to get thru online chat and was given the same bullshit answer. I replied with, " If 60 days have passed since a show was postponed and no rescheduled dates have been announced, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time. You will be able to request a refund via your Ticketmaster account. Can you let me know what is happening as this is day 68." and was quickly disconnected - again.
  11. Quietly optimistic.... thanks for reply. Edit - online chat has now disconnected twice. They gotta be getting blasted.
  12. I've been flooding them this past week - they actually email me back asking to complete a satisfaction survey which I roast them on - I don't think that they care much at this point. Are you getting replies via online chat because i get the same bullshit reply again & again. Edit - I did start a claim with the CC company last week.
