I know I'm daydreaming, but some residency shows with Axl singing and surprise guest Izzy playing guitar would be amazing.

I didn’t care about the Grammy Hall of Fame before, but is the award to the producer? I hope the band members are invited to the ceremony, even if they don't show up.

I wish Izzy could give us a sign of life even if it's a too-random appearance in Brazil or whatever…

I wonder if there is still bad blood between Izzy and the band. I too feel like Axl could call him if he really wants something, and Izzy wouldn't say no to that. So either Axl isn’t interested in any new materials, or Izzy is out of reach.

Now I can see Twitter posts from RS or NME quoted everywhere, and of course they will use a picture of Axl and Slash. It sucks.

Fernando has to go, and they should replace his face in the Perhaps MV with someone else.

So sickening… I only knew he was an incompetent amateur, but now I understand he is less than a scumbag. Sincerely hope Axl will make a reasonable decision to remove him as a manager and won’t take his side. It would be a shame for the band if nothing happened after all of her suffering and efforts to kick him out.

Came back from the show with overwhelmed feelings. When they played Perhaps, I thought it was earlier than usual but didn’t expect what would happen next. Axl said “I’m gonna try a new song” and then I literally gasped. It was such a deep emotional song and he put his heart and soul into it. Assuming the lylics are reflecting his childhood, I can imagine that it might have been uncomfortable for him to sing it unless he somehow overcame the past. I may be too emotional, but it was great to see the entire band supported him to play it live for the first time, and Hollywood was indeed the appropriate place. The show was much shorter than yesterday, fair enough, as Axl was clearly burnt out after 1.5 hours or so. Some people behind me even booed at the too-early Paradise City. Poor Axl. He barely sang the chorus but audience sang it instead lol. I took a few days off and bought expensive air tickets just for those shows but now I can say it was worth it. Looking forward to the vinyl in December!

Omg I just heard The General live!!!

I was at the show. Glad to listen to Perhaps and Locomotive live for the first time. I expected one or two more songs as they still had 10+ mins until the curfew, but Madagascar at encore was a great surprise so I couldn’t complain. Axl seemed to be in a good mood and was so sweet to introduce Duff’s new album. He also said he was glad to have ‘his love’ Melissa back and confirmed she had pneumonia. I am always surprised how good they sound in live, playing 3 hours over in full energy, and it was another great show. I’m looking forward to day 2, hoping TWAT or Prostitute! Btw it was fun to see several pairs of people dressed up in Axl & Slash tonight. Happy belated Halloween

Maybe Melissa is still under the weather and they are sparing her for the Hollywood Bowl? Axl needs her support on vocals and sounds better when she’s there. I hope she can come back soon.
