I would love to see a St. Louis (most likely not happen), Memphis, Nashville or Little Rock gig. Just one of them please because I am not close to anywhere else.

But I will say if they are smart they will have a 20 or so date US tour at only MAJOR cities like LA, New York ect...... and have all sell out to make it look like they back on top by selling out all dates. Which is what they should have done in 02 and 06. But that will leave alot of fans out in cold for a GNR

I would love a Memphis show! I would rather them make up the biloxi Mississippi show they cancelled years ago, but I could livewith Memphis! As crazy as it sounds I really think they could sell out Jackson Mississippi. They have very few concerts here and the fe they do have are always packed. When loaded played at a club here locally it was a great crowd! The only bad thing would be people would go to the show just for the point of going so it might bring the whole vibe down. However, thefan base here might be larger then what I think, correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the Biloxi ms show in 02 was sold out or on the verge of being sold out. Come back to Mississippi, axl! You have t played here since you opened for motley crüe in 1987 or 88 can't remember but definately blew motley off the stage!

Hasn't this always been the way ticketmaster does things? Over the past few years almost all the tickets I've bought were in the last few days leading up to a "sold out" show. The eagles, u2 and nin are 3 that come to mind that were "sold out" within a matter of minutes but I ended up in the first 5 rows for each of these shows. It seems as if ticketmaster holds all the best seats for the last minute. Why? Don't know, but it always seems to happen!

I'd definately prefer axl to release a box set, let's call it the "the lost years" get everything out there that was recorded in these years that we had no kind of communication. That will make the "true" fans happy, do it as a limited edition box set if you must, throw in a DVD with the making of democracy and then move on with life! Take your band, hit the studio, gain some credit amongst your fans and record industry alike and resume kicking ass!

It's been done before, well the box set has at least. I can't remember who it is without digging through my cd collection, but someone released a box set one time that literally has some recordings that are 1 minute or less but it was put out there to give people an idea of what the thought process during the recording process was.

Pretty cool though that students and teachers get half off their ticket! Is that something that normally happens??

twitter has nothing to do with myspace, so probably no. it should not happen anything when you click follow. you only get tweets from them shown at your page

best buy flowood mississippi..told the guy my brother was stationed in iraq and that's all he ever talked about and really wanted it for christmas. I needed to make sure that everything id heard was legit because we had to ship xmas presents by november 30th as far as the begin date...if u look at mtvs story and billboards I believe they are around the 9th so probably the day added to system..but there were 3 different sku. 2 of them were for 13.99 and 1 for 19.99

Are you sure about that? That kinda goes against other rumors posted on here...what other people say is that there are 6 SKUs, 3 are 13.99 and 3 are 19.99

that's all I saw..I believe one ended in 52, 62 and 43 the sku number that is..after these 3 listings is was guns and dope or something like that, so unless it was listed separately further down the page then that's all I seen. one of them did say...LP-chinese democracy while the other 2 did not.I have no idea as to why it was listed that way and the other 2 werent

I had tickets to the Biloxi, MS show in 2002, but of course we all know what that outcome was. I have waitted years for this chance to see GNR live and I can see it just around the corner...

how the hell do you know you been to exactly 137 concerts in your life?!

I have a scrapbook of all the ticketstubs and flyers promoting shows that I have been to dating back to my first concert, Cinderella, with Winger opening for them.

Another way, is to sell the tickets with an arbitrary piece of merchandise. So the price could theoretically go infinitly high.

Thats exactly right. They do the same thing with southwest rapid rewards tickets. You buy the drink coupons, and the airline tickets are free. There are ways around them. As bad as this is going to sound, we are diehard GNR fans are the only ones that IMHO are willing to pay the top ebay dollar for these tickets. So, what we should do is not bid on these tickets on Ebay, wait until the last minute on these auctions and then bid on the tickets while the price is still low. That way we are not sitting there bidding against each other the days before the auction ends, meanwhile driving the price up.

As much as I want to believe that Axl is playing Lafayette, I just don't see it happening. By the way, they do have a great horsetrack a little ways outside of Lafayette, in Opelousas. Don't get me wrong, I'm from Mississippi and I'd love to be able to fly home, see my family, and GNR at the same time. I really think New York has been the most believable warm up gigs.

Ebay will be expensive. I paid well over 500 for 2 tickets to U2 in atlanta and it was a much larger venue. but, id have to say, im to a point of money being no object. I've been to 137 concerts in my life and have yet to see my favorite band GNR.

And of course I would have just recently relocated from the east coast to the west coast.

But, I can get a flight out of LA to NY pretty cheap. I can just forsee some high ticket prices on Ebay. True, the venue is small, but all the while a great venue. I saw the Black crowes there last year and out of the 4 shows of theirs that I saw last year....by far the best

I myself feel that its misleading due to the fact that the description clearly says

Its all right there is the first few words...he says that its GNR's first release which would have been LLAS..Definately deceptive IMHO

just emailed a DJ back home(jackson, ms) to see if they have it. i hope that they do, i heard from him all last year about how GNR were washed up...well, its time for axl to prove that dj wrong. But from what Ive read at least my local station here in san diego has it. so, hopefully ill hear it tomorrow
