Somebody said 60's music sucks, and I think The Beatles proves otherwise. They were the band, they were amazing. It's a shame John had to leave so early.

Don't listen to 'em all that often, but at this point think you gotta say The 'Stones. When you look at their overwhelming combination of influence, material and longetivity...no other band can match this.

The fact that Mick and the boys are still out there rockin' their nuts off, they've earned the title...

AC/DC, Aerosmith, Queen, and Black Sabbath don't belong on that list.

Pink Floyd, even. They were great early on, but they faded out not too long after Barrett's breakdown.
