sonny_1313
About ten years ago, I bought this cd from a friend who went to England in the early 90's. It contains the "Don't Cry" cd single (both versions plus the demo) that is made in Germany. It also contains an "interview picture disc Limited Edition" from Baktabak Records of London. The jewel case has a Duff and Axl concert picture on the front, which is the same picture on the interview disc. There is a sticker on the case that says "Twin Set Special Edition 2 CD Set Music & Interview Limited to 500" with the number CBAK 24015 underneath. The back of the jewel case looks like the normal back for a cd single of "Don't Cry."I know that there are a lot of these interview picture discs floating around from this period, but I've never seen this one or this set. I've checked e-bay and all over the net and can't find it.I'm wondering if anyone else has seen it or knows anything about it. I'm not interested in selling it, but I'm curious as to it's value. Who knows if the packaging is official or not. As for rarity, I guess so?Yeah I got the impression that it isn't exactly an "official" release. Some company just took a single and packaged it with an unauthorized interview disc, I assume. I paid my friend $10 for the "Don't Cry" version. I thought it was a pretty good deal. Maybe Baz knows more about this

I believe they are made by Baktabak - the company that make other vinyls like "Appetite for Conversation", plus there are a couple of other interview picture discs they do. I also have a copy of this same interview CD single that is in the form of a clock - you can pull the clock apart and play the CD.I always wondered how they did they - put the interview CD packaged with what appears to be an offical CD single and artwork etc???
