ffrankwhite
why why why??? why the fuck are people not into this, its so fuckin catchy and upbeat and endearing!!! for all the serious meaningful artistic music i listen too (pretencious much?) i adore my poppy stuff, its the core of my taste, part of why i love typical punk rock, it really fucking...fuels my life. why are Surfari forgotten?? why Jan & Dean?? why fuckin The Chantays, why why why??? its even artistically viable in an existential sense...its even musically innovation, extended instrumentation, shitloads of reverb, this fuckin music needs to be reissued...fucking extensively!!any fans? He's pretty big around here like a year ago... I swear you must have heard a song from him by accident somewhere. Not surprising tho, that it didn't click with you
Raw Power
Check out Kåre & The Cavemen - Jet Age for the best 50/60-ish instrumental album. A lot of surf-material on there.

Lithium
Can't say I'm heavily into it, but I fucking adore The Beach Boys - everything they made in the 60s is pure gold. Edited December 6, 2007 by Lithium

Powerage5
I love Dick Dale, haven't gotten into much else yet though. But there's nothing more satisfying than skating a bowl with Surfer's Choice blaring!
