John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers with Eric Clapton

I've had this record for a while now but it never seems to amaze me at how good it is. It's blues-rock at its finest, really. Also, Eric Clapton is at his prime when it comes to his guitar playing. It's that stone cold heavy kind of distorted tone that kills me. Only is he still plays like that. Two rally stand out songs are hideaway (cover of freddy king) and steppin out (another cover i think). eric clapton blows every other guitarist out of the water with just those two songs. no matter how much i love him (adnan and I can relate), he's lost it after that (well, after slowhand).

anyway, if you're looking for some nice blues-rock, check that cd out. it's the shiiiiiiitt, man.
