wasted
Love this album. Although it's b-sides. It sounds like proper album. I sort of prefer this to their other albums. Sam's Town still classic tho.
Dean-16
yeah i love sams town and hot fuss, havent got sawdust yet, perhaps a download soon
Leigh-Rok!
Yeah it's good, but not in the same league as the other 2.
Rebel Yell
Tranquilize is easily one of their best songs. Great album.
misch
Yeah, Sawdust is great. I love hearing the remix of Mr. Brightside while going home by car from a party.
wasted
I like Sawdust cos it full of surprises. But still has great songs. It has a quirky sense of humor not so serious as Sam's Town. Tranquilize - is that their song? Or Lou Reed Cover. I likee anyway. I havent listened to Hot Fuss much. So this album sort seems like the perfect move for this band. b-sides don't sound like b-sides. White Boys could be a single.
Estranged Reality
Tranquilize is easily one of their best songs. Great album.Yeah, I love the Lou Reed vocals - really good match for their lead singer. I'm actually quite excited to see what this band does in the future. wasted
Yeah the next record is gonna be the one to watch. Although maybe they just did it already. I hope they just keep doing what they do and don't turn into Maroon 5.
ThinkAboutYou
Yeah I prefer the other 2 albumsSawdust isn't a bad album just not at the same standard as Hot Fuss and Sams TownThe killers are one of the best bands to see live. nathalie92
I downloaded it weeks ago, its very solid although not as good as Hot Fuss and Sam's town, which im still into.. Cant stop listening to Read my Mind. From Sawdust im hooked up with Romeo and Juliet, beautiful cover from the Dire Straits classic.

seely
I love the Killers, but thought 'Sawdust' was mostly boring.....
wasted
I love the Killers, but thought 'Sawdust' was mostly boring.....I thought it was less boring cos there were more oddball things on it and some heavier songs without that operatic Bruce thing. Less strings, faster songs with weird alt. versions of their hits.Kill me now, kill me now, kill me now, kill me nowRomeo and Juilet Dire Straits over? I suppose Sam's Town is their best record. Me Scandar
Cant stop listening to Read my Mind. That song is so good, it's unbelievable. I find myself with it on repeat very often.I totally agree, the lyrics on the song are great, and its a really catchy tune, love that song...About sawdust, heard a couple of the songs on it, good but i expected something more...Love Romeo and Juliet cover, and Shadowplay is pretty nice, but I just expected something more
wasted
Theres a line in that song, Read My Mind."With Magic Soakin' My Spine" - thats geniushttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Dwm90JU_EoI like how the video is in Japan, like initially the song to me was like someone talking about leaving town, convincing his gf to come with him. But now it seems more like everywhere is the same, lets stay here and make the best of it.I think vid starts with shot of Mt. Fuji and then they go to Shibuya/Ginza. At one point in park behind Hyatt Regency, its like central park of Tokyo. Then they are in the mountains of Hakone in a spa retreat dressed up as japanese maid. Watch the video - it even opens the same (skyscraper shots) and follows him as he walks through the city. But they made it their own. Good song.
