axlrose15
how bad is the line up this year compared to other years, it sucksi suppose it depends on which artists you like but i mean the main headliners are rubbish this yearin the last few years theyve had metallica, guns n roses and iron maidenthis year kiss who are ok to see live, and the offspring and lostprophets who are crap
UseYourAppetite
The line-up this year is pretty bollocks, and the whole layout of the fest has been revamped and is apparently very shit. No TV coverage this year either, no TV station wanted to buy the footage.
axlrose15
haha no wonder with the bands playin', who would want to see them on tv anyway
ADPT
As things turned out Iwouldn't have been able to go anyway but even if I could, I wouldn't have done. The fact Kiss are headlining killed it for me. Terrible line-up.
axlrose15
haha kiss have gotta be the best band on the lineup and thats saying somethin'!
Axlin08
KISS simply are just too disconnected to today's youth to pull off something like that. You can get Metallica, and it work. Or new-Guns N' Roses, and even THAT works. Or even Ozzy Osbourne. But KISS? Too old. It doesn't help they are such an out of date niche band. Cobras-Aura
There's Judas Priest, Motorhead, Saxon. That's real good to have those 3 bands at least.
Calm Like A Bomb
I went to 2006's Download to see Guns N' Roses and Metallica and the weekend was amazing, great weather, great music and a great time but this year could never be as good as a couple of years ago. Judas Preist deserve to be playing with better bands around them.
Powerage5
Ain't no reason Priest and Motorhead shouldn't be headlining. And even though I hate Kiss, why aren't they the Sunday headliners? Isn't that usually the biggest band playing?
Axlin08
Technically... on paper - KISS is the biggest band.
kevdo242
Motorhead were boring. And as I used to hate LP, I'd like to say they put on a brilliant performance. By Last Train Home, the crowd seemed to be converted.
Binge_And_Slash
KISS were amazing on the Friday, have to say Priest were AWFUL. Motorhead were boring, even on Ace of Spades!

I mean, I know people who HATE them, and say they put on a great show.
