(or 6th if you bear Murray the K in mind )Steve Albini - very abrasive, very alternative (although kinda sheened out now)people like Bill Price produced or was involved with a fair number of pretty stellar productions, the pistols, the clash, the whoDr Dre - the hip hop midas touch, throw Dre in, money-maker like a motherfucker i dunno, who are your favorites? or at least notable ones to your mind? I don't really like rap anymore, but it'd be cool if he came in and wiped the floor with the stuff coming out nowadays.the man did mix the Illusions - I don't know if that's good though. His production on Bowie's Berlin Trilogy is incredible, and Electric Warrior wouldn't be half as good without him. I think he did some work on The Idiot too.
