Oasis invite fans into studio for live preview

Fans get to see unique show at band's HQ

Oasis previewed the set list for the forthcoming live dates with a special fan show last night (August 14).

The band invited competition winners to their London rehearsal studios, where they were allowed to watch a full run through of the set the band are expected to play on their forthcoming North American dates, mixing songs from forthcoming album 'Dig Out Your Soul' with tracks from throughout their career, including 'Be Here Now''s 'My Big Mouth'.

According to fans posting the band's official fourm on Oasisinet.com, "Liam [Gallagher] sounded fucking spot on, the best he's sounded in years," before he ended the set by "walking through the crowd and kissing [wife] Nicole by the bar."

Guitarist Noel Gallagher meanwhile joked with the fans that "next time you see us live you'll be miles away".

Oasis played:

'Rock 'N' Roll Star'

'Lyla'

'The Shock Of The Lightning'

'Cigarettes And Alcohol'

'The Meaning Of Soul'

'To Be Where There's Life'

'Waiting For The Rapture'

'The Masterplan'

'Songbird'

'Slide Away'

'Morning Glory'

'Ain't Got Nothin''

'The Importance of Being Idle'

'I'm Outta Time'

'Wonderwall'

'My Big Mouth'

'Supersonic'

'Don't Look Back In Anger' (acoustic)

'Falling Down'

'Champagne Supernova'

'I Am The Walrus'

It's fantastic to see such a diverse setlist that runs through their whole career, there's stuff that's not been done for yonks on there! Dissapointing there's no SOTSOG songs, but it could all change!

My Big Mouth, I Am the Walrus, Slide Away, Supersonic...all blasts from the past that have been played irregularly, or not at all since the 90s!

The tour will be epic! That is a long setlist for Oasis, if that's anything to go by for future setlists!
