There was only a couple of raw songs on there, all the singles had big choruses, solos etc.True, but the thing with the second album is that people viewed it as a more "scene" album than the third. The third album actually let them break even more into the mainstream than the previous one, and also managed to reach a wider audience. So at least the third album did some good for the band.
