Before I had itunes, I used to rip my CDs onto my PC via Windows Media Player, and since Ive downloaded itunes, I've only ripped it via itunes. However, I still have quite a lot of music (Bootlegs for example) that Ive saved in My Music (As opposed to iTunes Library). Is there a way I can cut and paste lots of music from My Music to the itunes folder without having to go through each song and find it again in itunes.

Thanks :)

You can literally drag and drop the music files onto the iTunes library.

So open up My Music, and iTunes and then drag the files directly onto the Library tab on your iTunes program. Depending on your settings, you might need to rename your music though.

Sorry, I meant, that I have a lot of music on itunes that is actually saved in My Music. How can I get that in the itunes music folder (In my documents) without having to locate it all again.

Anybody? My friend said something about right-clicking each folder, select 'Send To' and find the folder I want it in, but nothing comes up that lets me choose folders, all that comes up is the standard things like 'Desktop', 'Zipped Folder' etc.

You need to set itunes so that it arranges your music automatically in folders for you.

Once you've done this just delete the my music songs in iTunes (make sure it doesn't remove the file, just the entry) then drop the my music files into the main playlist. This will then literally copy the music into the iTunes music folder. The old stuff can then be removed.
