Aye, I bought it as well. Total price; 190$. I thought about for a little while, then thought "ahh, fuck it, it's fuckin' Pearl Jam!". It's an amazing package. You forgot to say that random sets will be signed.

Fuck, yeah, how could I forget? If I'd be religious, I'd pray to every God available and willing to listen, to get a signed package.

I'd only spent that much if the same was done for either RHCP or GNR

For me, the only band I'd ever pay so much money for is Pearl Jam, no other band or artist ever...

Btw, here's a bigger picture of all the stuff ScottRose and I are going to get! :D

Apparently there are 4 different versions coming out, with the features divided between the 4. That's bullshit.

Yeah, but this is the Super Deluxe Version, which has everything you get in the other packages. Here's the info:

Never been a Pearl Jam fan, but I heard Nothingman used during a sad scene in the penultimate episode of Californication this season, and it struck me as being a really good track. Worked great within the scene.

That was lovely, wasn't it? I am a fan but I've been out of the loop for a while, so I wasn't expecting it. As much as I like Californication, Duchovny will always be Mulder to me and to see him wander around while that song played provided a major 90s geek moment. Which worked with the episode also.

Well, guess what, the beauty just arrived a few hours ago! It's absolutely mesmerizing what Pearl Jam has packed into this thing, it's all for the fans! I'm cranking the vinyls all morning long, can't wait until I have the time to watch the Unplugged DVD!

Thank you Eddie, Thank you Mike, Thank you Jeff, Thank you Stone, Thank you Matt, Thank you Boom!

This sums up Veddie and his PJ's up perfectly for me...

Eddie Vedder: 'Kurt Cobain would like me if he was still alive'

Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder has said he imagines Kurt Cobain would think he "turned out OK" if he were still alive today, despite the Nirvana frontman lambasting the band throughout their career.

Cobain famously slated Pearl Jam for "Pioneering a corporate, alternative and cock-rock fusion", though the two frontmen did reconcile privately before Cobain's death in 1994.

Speaking to The Sun, Vedder said that although he and Cobain didn't see eye-to-eye, he hoped the iconic frontman would have still been his friend.

"If Kurt were around today, I know he'd say to me, 'Well, you turned out OK,'" he said.

inb4 NO CAUSE KURT DID SUICIDE LOL WHAT A LOSER OVERRATED BLAH BLAH

But, to be fair. I do agree it was unfair and quite silly of Kurt to badmouth Eddie and Pearl Jam like that.
