Powerage5 Posted January 1, 2009 Posted January 1, 2009 I did my annual bookmark clear-out today to get rid of irrelevent bookmarks for my browsing pleasure. Anyways, I realized I deleted a couple on accident. Is there any way to recover these pages? They're not logged in my history, and are not among those which are in my recycle bin. Any ideas or am I screwed? Quote
RoseRed Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 Try this. Also you might want to back up your bookmarks, try Foxmarks.Hope that helps? Quote
KBear Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 (edited) Firefox not long ago began to lose my bookmarks. I'd save them, then the next time I started Firefox they just weren't there! I did an uninstall and then reinstall, it worked for a few weeks but now it's doing it again. What a pain. I'm just waiting now till MS launches IE8. Hopefully it'll be this month. I think Mozilla has a few recommendations for fixing bookmark issues on their site, but I think I'm too lazy/busy to bother. Besides, I did a whole uninstall and then a reinstall. What more drastic an action can one take? I'll wait and see how IE8 is. Opera sucks so that's not an option. Well, it's not that bad, but it just doesn't feel refined. I used it for a bit and whenever a new version came out it wouldn't even save the skin I was using. Went back to that ugly Opera 9.5 skin. Ugh. Edited January 5, 2009 by KBear Quote
