Guitar legend Les Paul has died

So this gets put in the Guns N' Roses Discussion just because members used Les Paul guitars, just like hundreds of other bands?

I bet if it was on Twitter it'd have it's rightful place here. Anyway, there's a topic in Anything Goes already.

Are we that pedantic here? Not that there's anything else of merit to discuss in the GNR section. Oh, wait, see, uh, Axl's name showed up in some rat's twitter..The album came out 9 months ago and this is what we, as GNR fans, have to ponder.

Anyhow, in 1948, after being involved in a severe car accident, he asked the doctor to set his arm permanently in a guitar-playing position.

Wow, this saddens me more than I would have thought, the man created my favourite version of my favourite instrument, and he just kept on going, there was no stopping him.

R.I.P Les, I hope you're playing the shit out of a Black Beauty wherever you are.
